Very professional staff, it started from when I walked in. Friendly, smiling faces and very helpful. The nurse assisting the doctors is well trained on her job from X-rays to dental exam. The doctor was very professional with great patient skills, explained everything and was attentive to my needs. Scheduling for and payment for next appointment the lady was very courteous and understanding. Has all my records and prescriptions ready and great attitude with customer service. Great experience and looking forward to my next appointment.

The beginning of my experience with Aspen Dental has been good. Once I got my insurance verified, the process started in a timely manner. Everyone has been doing a great job.

Complete bait and switch. I needed emergency treatment, not a full new patient workup. I did not need a $9000 treatment plan, I did not need to be pressured into applying for financing I couldn't afford, I did not need to have my dental insurance benefit exhausted before I got any treatment at all, and I did not need to be herded out the door with an antibiotic prescription for an infection no one could tell me I have, with no follow up appointment or resolution to the severe pain I was in. I might have had better results if I had actually agreed to applying for financing, but what a complete waste of a 90 mile trip, hurting to the point of crying both ways. The only star is for the substitute dentist who was nice, and how quickly the staff fixed the incorrect antibiotic prescription I was given. Edit: I called the follow up number posted, was given an apology, and told I would immediately be emailed my dental records for follow up care elsewhere. They never came, surprisingly enough, but I received a call the next day to schedule a follow up appointment. I found a great dentist that actually helped me elsewhere, and will never return to Aspen.

Aspen Dental was not the 1st place I went to 1st for dentures. Unfortunately I went to affordable dentures in Wichita falls they were very rude,had NO compassion charged me 1200 to pull 6 teeth then kick me out with no dentures. This is when I called Aspen Dentures I got an appointment fast went in and I was really happy it is my 1st appointment but the whole staff is amazing. I've always been afraid to go to dentist but after my visit with Aspen I'm excited to go to my next appointment..

Please avoid this dental office at all cost! Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced. Called on a Thursday set up an appointment for the following week, confirmed my appointment through text and email. The day of the appointment I show up and was told a was removed from the schedule because they tried to call me the day before to verbally confirm my appointment and I could not be reached to verbally confirm I was removed from the schedule, I again explained I confirmed on text and email and they did not care one bit.

They told me they could help me and them turned around and said that they would not because i take blood thinner. The other dentist pulled 5 top teeth without any problems. I don't understand why one dentist would pull and one dentist would not. Consistency

From the time when first contacted Aspen Dental as a new patient and today at my first appointment everyone was very friendly and professional. The whole experience was vary positive from the dentist and his staff made me feel like they really care for their patients. I came in with a fractured tooth which they were able fit me in this afternoon to remove the tooth. Thank You

Very thorough hygienist. Spotted infected tooth, had dentist check my teeth and referred me to a surgeon for tooth extraction and periodontist for gums

OMG, the Wichita Falls Office is amazing, my front veneer cap came , or so I though at the time, we have just moved back to Wichita Falls so I didn't have a dentist , looked online for emergency dental care and found Aspen Dental, so very glad I did. I made an Appt on line for the very next morning. I was running late, as I said we had just moved, and called their office and they moved my appt to 10, and i was not even an established patient. From the time I walked in until the time I left they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I didn't wait but maybe 5 minutes before someone called me back, turns out I was going to have to have the tooth replaced, I was very concerned of how long that would take and they assured me they would get me a temporary replacement and have it put in by Thursday, which was 2 days from then. The whole staff was awesome, I wish I could remember their names but I was so distraught, I am going to make sure to get all of their names on my next visit so I can revise my review. If you need emergency dental work, or any type of dental procedure done this is the place to go, they really do treat their patients, and obviously their new patients, with kindness and respect, I don't think i would have gotten that kind of fast and efficient treatment from anywhere else, I knew I was going to have to found a dentist when we moved back and believe me, the search is over. My family will be going to Aspen Dental from now on. Thank you guys, i really APPRECIATE all of you.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I have severe anxiety and went in their office on a day where I was experiencing a bad episode. They were soooo kind to me (and I mean EVERYONE). I would recommend them to anyone because of how nice and friendly they are. They also seem to be very competent.

They never gave me the time of the day. They never verified my insurance as requested or returned my calls from messages I left. Office does not listen. Very unprofessional.

Love this office. Definitely recommend! Update. Do not recommend. I've had my last Invisalign tray for over 2 months and have yet to get my retainer. It's awful.
