This office was clean and well staffed. I needed something quick and simple. They did an amazing job. The staff was great, and the cost was extremely reasonable. P.S. I got to watch Teen Wolf, and that was pretty great.

Hadn't been to the dentist in years and was having some severe pain. Called and had an appointment for next day. Staff was very friendly and I was seen almost as soon as I got in the waiting room. Had to have an extraction done but doc was very friendly and understanding, took time to explain everything and go over after care with me. Non-judgemental. Overall great experience.

The people who work there are very nice do good work but don't try to call for no one will answer the phone regardless of time nor will they return your call

Was told that it was gonna be a free first time visit then was told my extraction was gonna 254 and some change they didn't want to pull it till They called in antibiotics was told they would call me to Come back to pull it I paid for it then talked it over with family they said that was too much and I still don't have my antibiotic I guess when I cancel payment they canceled Prescription

Where to start... my appointment was at 1400 didnt get called until almost 1500, didnt get out till 1600. If i had shown up that late they would not have taken me... its very DISRESPECTFUL to thier customers who are paying, for lets face it, overpriced dental services. That you have to have 1000's of dollars for even with insurance. I went in to get one tooth fixed and was told they wont fix it unless i get all my teeth cleaned and this and that totaling over $4500! And wouldnt you know it my dental insurance only covers 60% lol. When i asked for only to get my one tooth fixed without a cleaning i was told no i had to make 2-3 more appointments to get everything they wanted done, money upfront. Since i cant afford to get all the services they push onto their customers despite taking into account some cant afford all the services. I either have to find a new place that will or just suffer with this problem... Now i understand why a woman was freaking out in the room next to mine because that was her third time there and they still hadnt fixed her problem. Yes everyone was very nice but of course when they are screwing you around they are going to have a smile on their faces. Overall an not a great experience. If you have multiple $1000s to spend and time to waste maybe you dont care. To me it was a total waste of my precious time.

Friendly & Helpful staff! They got me in within days instead of the months other dentists were having me wait. We created a game plan and my dental work will be completed within the next two weeks! Overall, great experience! I feel like majority of the negative reviews are based on the fact that they may be understaffed and while I can see how that can be frustrating as a patient-everywhere is understaffed right now in general. These people got me within 2 days of calling and did my consult and my appts to finish everything that needs done is scheduled within 3 appts over the course of the next 2 weeks. I live in Pennsylvania, so this is magnificent service when we are used to 4-6 month waitlists and 2-4 months between appts. Also, the negative review based on them not providing other pain management options is not necessarily their fault either. If they give you Vicodin(narcotic) and you don't like the way it makes you feel, they can't turn around and give you another narcotic. These are state guidelines in most places due to the opioid crisis our country is facing and have nothing to do with whether or not they wanted to help the patient. Again, we had a great experience and I just switched everyone in our family to Aspen! Anything that is within their control-I would give them a 10 review for!

I'm a new patient at Aspen dental. My first visit was yesterday in Westminster and everyone was very courteous friendly and super helpful. I got the complete checkup and plan for my care and the financial part completed. So far super satisfied and would recommend them.

This office is the most unprofessional and unorganized dental facility in Maryland. They cancel your appointments and do not notify you until you walk in the door. They cannot keep staff in order to get patients in within a timely manner. Do not go to this office!

I was very satisfied with the way the entire staff treated me! They were very professional in all aspects. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. I was impress with the explaination of the treatment plan and above all, the price!

I wanna give them 0 but no option, This clinic hired very cheap and disrespectful receptionist, I make appointment with them and waited for a month approximately, coz my friend referred me, I stuck in traffic on highway, all I asked her just wait for 5 to 7 more minutes I was in time but she talked to me in a very disrespectful manner, And refuses me badly, She is very disrespectful, Aspen should fire her, She is destroying their clientage, Never go back and never refer to anyone,
