All the workers are very nice but unprofessional, I have to wait any where from half an hour to a full hour after my appt. I've been in several times to "adjust" my dentures but they always feel the same. They don't fit right and all they can tell me is because my gums are swollen. Its been months since I had extractions. The temps just didn't feel right ,but the teeth weren't in their mouth. So much money ..i thought they were going to be great but they were not $7000.00 for dentures .. What a waste of my money.now trying to get my money back is a huge hassle. I would not recommend this office to anyone .

I can't give them 5 stars as I was anticipating a 6 month cleaning which was not performed. Everything else was done ie x-rays and oral health check.

Took my girlfriend here for routine check up and cleaning. They took over an hour just to get x-rays and then told her she had to come back because they did not have enough dental hygienists. On the second appointment, they told her she had gingivitis and upsold her a "deep cleaning" which she didn't feel was any different from a regular clean. She hasn't changed her cleaning habits and recently went to another dentist. They said her teeth look great (and all dentists in the past have said she had great teeth) so we have serious doubts about the gingivitis

If i could give 0 stars I would have. My boyfriend needed three teeth pulled, and I took him there so I could drive him home. In the waiting room I had the unfortunate experience of listening to women behind the counter gossip about a patient that hadn't had dental care since 2020 and they laughed about it. (this person could have been broke with no insurance for all they knew and they thought it was funny, to be quite frank that's unprofessional and appalling behavior by people who are supposedly adults) I don't know about you all but I don't want to go to a dentist where I or loved ones of mine am judged or made fun of by the receptionist or the dental practitioners. On top of that, my partner was not prescribed any antibiotics nor any pain management. This is one of the worst dentistrys I've had the misfortune of witnessing so far in the state of Colorado.

The staff at Aspen Dental is as professional as any team can be. This doesn't mean they're not personable, either. Each and every person I dealt with, was an absolute pleasure. My trepidation went from an 11 to a very manageable 2. I expect nothing but a positive experience as my procedures progress. Edit: My expectations have been met, and then some. Doctor Tappe is an absolute master, and I cannot recommend Doctor Tappe, and this dental office, enough. It's hard to put into words how positive this experience has been.

I was told they took both insurance . To get a call three hrs before to tell me no sorry we do not. My daughter has a infection. Why did your call center say they do. Ridiculous. Happy to find a new better dentist else were

I hate going to the Dentist! I am a 1st time patient at Aspen dental. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Megan took her time cleaning my teeth and talked me through every step. I would recommend them for any service.

Got my wisdom teeth extracted here with sedation and woke up four times during the procedure due to improper sedation. None of the staff took accountability for what happened. This was a traumatic event that should never happen to anyone and I would advise against this office if you need a surgical procedure done.

The most pleasant experience I have had visiting the dentist! The staff was extremely welcoming and conversational. The dental office has up to date equipment they got me in and out of there pretty swiftly. Thank you Aspen Dental, glad I chose you to get my dental work done.

I will not recommend anyone coming here went into the dentist yesterday evening sat there waiting in the waiting room for an hour. My appointment was at 5:15 pm. Got there at 5 and wasn't back in a room until 6. They told me my options and didn't do anything but take x-rays and looked at my teeth. Then went over payment options which was outrages. At the end of it all left there with still pain no prescribed pain meds. Spent 2 in a half hours for no reason at all was very disappointing that I got no help that I truest needed to not have pain.

I had a procedure done here. They made me sign up for a payment plan even though I have insurance. The office manager Matt assured if the bill was paid by my insurance anything I'd paid out of pocket would be returned to me. My insurance has paid almost the full bill and I the remainder before the first payment due date. Aspen dental has referred my account to a collections agency as of 5 days after the first payment due date. I asked the office to call me and until my 3rd request when I called them they would not talk to me. I spoke to Tomas who sent me a ledger of the charges saying I paid but said they will not call covered care to tell them they've received payment. The collections company is continuing to attempt to collect on the paid procedure but aspen dental won't advocate for me because they want to get paid twice. I recommend working with any other dentist but here.

This aspen dental is scammed, people needs to be away from this place. They advised to change new crown on me. I agree with them and they take out my old crown and put temporary one. They kept postponing three times for permanent crown and they put on January 6th 2022 which they first scheduled on 17th of December 2021. Since they put permanent crown in 2022, my insurance did not cover my crown. Since they kept rescheduling, they said they gonna take care of it but they didn't. They sent my bill to debt collectors. If any of you have similar incidents please file a complaint against them in Dental board of colorado through Dora. I'm going to file complaint against them.
