I had two crowns put on by Dr. Ryan Hillesheim. The appointments started on time and went smoothly. The crowns feel great.

Maybe okay for normal dental care but I sure don't recommend for endodonist care. I have a regular dentist and was referred to an endodontist for care of a problem tooth needing a root canal possibly. That referral did not take my insurance so I looked around and found Aspen. I explained my situation needing an endodontist and got an appointment within a couple days. They did tell me I would need to come in to be "evaluated" as a new patient. I went for the appt and the dental tech was extremely capable and friendly, but had no idea that I was looking for after care. Took an X-ray of the problem tooth and they were going to send to the Endodontist (who it turns out is only there once in a while) for his opinion. The office mgr said it would be later that day. Never heard another word which just confirmed it was not the place to go for endodontistry.

Great Dentist. (Dr. H) Listened to me. Open some Saturdays Which was very helpful since I didn't have to take time off from work. I had lots of dental work including dentures. Little pain-well satisfied.

Technical skills on cleaning and planing are outstanding. Service is always on time. We've had mixed reviews on major protects like complete dentures but to be fair those are fairly complex undertakings over time so keep that in mind.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. Let me begin with Aspen Dental requires payment at the time of service. My significant other went here and was getting a crown done. It got down to actually getting the crown in and the dentist turned it over to his dental assistant. When questioned, the dentist said he was too busy to do it himself. My SO was uncomfortable with the situation and said he wasn't going to have it done by the assistant and left. Aspen Dental has dunned him for payment and turned him over to collection agencies. The work was never performed but they want him to pay anyway. He had paid for all the work that had been done up to that point so doesn't owe them anything. We can't get them to remove this unwarranted charge.

My experience with Aspen Dental in WSP has been amazing dating all the way back to my first visit in October 2021. I've had fillings, routine teeth cleaning, and used the Motto Aligners - all through the WSP location. The whole staff has always been pleasant and very comfortable to work with. And Ryan H is an awesome dentist.

My first visit was great....a week later I had my 2nd visit, as soon as I walked in they asked me for a payment before I started my appointment. They didn't even give me the heads up before I walked in. They were so quick to call me to tell me there was an opening but nothing about saying I owe money before I started my appointment. Anyone can be sweet and nice but this is what you need to be telling new your patients.

Since I had never had a crown put in, it would have been nice if the procedure had been explained to me prior to the "ordeal". I'm a naturally curious person and like to be informed of how things go and also need a minute to mentally prepare myself.

I filled out the online forms when I booked my appointment and then filled out all the same forms again when I got to the office. There was a slight delay as I sat in the waiting room and then quite a bit of waiting in the work area. The x-ray machine didn't work so they moved me to a different room and started doing the x-rays all over again. Gina, the hygienist, and the doctor were both thorough and very nice. I felt comfortable with them and they shared lots of information with me. I have no hesitation regarding my next (already scheduled) appointment. I'm sure I'll get top-notch care.

"Stacy" who said she was the manager is very unprofessional. She would not allow me to explain my concerns before interrupting me and saying she "couldn't help me because I had the wrong location " . After becoming frustrated because I've paid for services that this company refuses to execute , I advised I would be reporting the company and she clearly couldn't care less. So I did just that. It's sad because the actual dentist at the clinic is very nice, the company should hire professional people who care about helping ALL of the patients ongoing dental care and not just new gaining sales. I REGRET choosing this clinic 100%.

My first visit with Aspen Dental was great! They were all very nice and complimented my teeth. They were very transparent about the cost which I appreciated. I have an appointment next week for my fillings which are always unpleasant for me because I have very sensitive teeth and have to have multiple injections of Novocain. If they can handle my sensitivity and correctly inject Novocain into the nerves, they have my stamp of approval!

I had to do some shopping around to get a very severe infection/cavity dealt with, and this place and the staff here were absolutely phenomenal. I went in, got my X-Rays and intake done for free, as cost is very much an issue for me, then got the tooth pulled an hour later after they found it to be impossible to do a canal on. Quick, efficient, friendly and helpful. I did t have to wait weeks to get this dealt with. Called on Tuesday, got in in Thursday. 10/10 great help.

Great experience. The energy is good. The team is excellent. Simplified process, tech that works to visually inform the patient what's happening in their mouth. Invited my family to switch dentists!!! Thank you Aspen Dental.
