Aspen dental in Lebanon Nh is the best. I barley had to wait, the staff was very polite and answered all my questions and I have another appt and will continue to use Lebanon Nh Aspen Dental. Aspen Dental in Concord Nh is the worst you'll wait HOURS literally go to the Lebanon office.

What a joke ! First they cancel my 1st appointment the day before & than give me a new appointment over a month away. I call to verify my appointment time & was told I was in for a time slot 6 hours later than what I booked for. Office blames the call center, call center tells me talk to office manager.... After getting no where with these people, I found my confirmation email that says "see you at 0800" but when you re-click the link it has 1230... Whats the point of making an appointment if this company cant even book you in their system correctly

Early visit with hygienist went very good. She explained what she was doing. Over all good experience. Had to reschedule the visit to have fillings taken care of. Dr. was not available. Would have preferred to get everything done went originally scheduled.

I don't usually do this but, quick rant. I had a dentist appointment scheduled with Aspen Dental today at 11:30, or so I thought. Arrived at 11:22, waited a few minutes to check in only to be told that my appointment was at 11:15 so they could not see me and I need to reschedule. And they have no availability until end of August. Fine, it was my fault that I was late, I must have put the wrong time on my calendar. Got back to work and for giggles I decided to check emails for my appointment confirmation. And guess what? It was for 11:30...So I called them to let them know and they really didn't care. The response of the person on the phone was "I didn't change it so I don't know what happened. Looks like you rescheduled, do you want to change that?" Great customer service! *Edited to add that I already called the number in the review response, on Wednesday. The person I spoke to was supposedly going to have the office manager call me and also told me that she would follow up with me in 24 hours to make sure the office manager reached out to me. It is now Friday afternoon and I have heard nothing from anyone. I would reply to the review response but could not find how I could do that.

Extraordinary and spectacular care! As an RN for 26 years and an FNP for 6 years, I was very impressed with the service given to me. Katie was the most gentle hygienist I have ever experienced. Team and their work were excellent. Won't ever go anywhere else. Thanks everyone for your personal care!

The office manager is the rude one. Had an appointment made with a real person, yet she kept asking me where I made the appointment. Didn't have the staff so she told me to come back. People work!! Wasted 3 hours waiting on them when I did have an appointment.

They were able to get me in right away when I had an issue with my tooth and resolved it right away. Dentist and hygienist were very nice and supportive.

This is the first time I've written a review online. With that said, it's more of a warning than anything else. My first visit to Aspen Dental is what sales professionals call a "land and expand." They get you in the door for a "free" consultation, provide you "expert" advice, and then, when the principal of reciprocity is fully in motion, tell you that you have a borderline condition that needs immediate attention. You'll leave your "free" visit with two appointments scheduled and +$600 in future dental bills. It's predatory as a business practice, abhorrent for a group claiming to be medical professionals. With that said, "what if they were right? Am I just mad because they were thorough with their free diagnosis?" I took the care plan provided to me for a second and third opinion with other dental professionals. They were shocked by the recommendations provided by Aspen Dental but said that sadly, this is something they see from this group on a consistent basis. To the patient, I hope that you bring a level of skepticism to your interactions with medical professionals. They are only human, which makes them susceptible to having opinions that can harm both your health and your wallet. Get a second opinion if something doesn't feel right. To Aspen Dental, consider your business practices. In the meantime, please stop sending me spam email.

Every appointment I had to wait 20-30 minutes before being seen, impossible to communicate with the office manager because she would never be available and never return calls.

They did a filling and everything went perfect. Dr and his assistant were very good and caring. There was an issue w the insurance and the office staff were very helpful with the issue. I switched to Aspen Dental in Lebanon NH 4 years ago and have been very happy with their care a service so far.

Great experience after having serious anxiety about going to the dentist since pre-Covid. Was not able to find anywhere that was accepting new clients or my insurance but aspen dental set me up with a very affordable payment plan right on the spot and was very non-judge mental about all my dental needs.
