So l went to The Aspen Dental..that use to be in Orange about 15 years ago...so this review isn't current..but they told me l needed $30,000..of unnecessary Dental work.....and wanted to set me up on a Dental plan of $250... A month....but after l went to Connecticut General dentistry..in the Milford mall..l was told l needed only one root canal....so BUYER'S BEWARE!!!!

They obviously do not know what they do! They charged my insurance and resend me a bill claiming that my yearly limit was reached which is not true. My insurance paid over 200 for dental cleaning, I paid my 60 and they want additional 62 dollars. When I asked if they resubmit to the insurance as obviously there is something done incorrectly they refused to do it. Scam! Beware. I was never charged for dental cleaning over 400!!!! Do not go there unless you want additional bills and aggravation!

I had a very good experience during my first visit. The office has a pleasant atmosphere with good lighting and clean. All the doctors I saw were very professional and really took the time to explain in detail the procedures that needed to be taken for my care. Everyone was so nice and made me feel very comfortable.

Aspen Dental is my favorite dental office ever. Everyone is both friendly and professional. I'm 75 so I've had a bit of experience.

Aspen Dental will rip you off. They just need money only. I went to get Root Canal with my dentist referral with all Scan and details. However, they wanted again Scan and test done and charge me instead of doing the root canal. And the DR said i need to wait few weeks with my pain, and they won't give any pain killers. The same day I went to New Haven other dentist, and she done my root canal without any issue because she has all necessary referral info from my dentist. Now they send me invoice too. DO not go to Aspen Dental, they are scammers. !! find any other place,

I visited Aspen Dental in West Haven for the first time and for my first dentist appointment in quite some time. Not only was the staff extremely welcoming, but also very kind and attentive. I was walked through every step of my visit and presented with options for my best interest. My dentist, Dr. Krohn (I apologize if that is not the correct spelling) was awesome. She explained thoroughly the details of what they had found during my visit and was very patient and exhaustive when answering the many questions I had. I felt very respected by each staff member, and really felt valued as a person and customer. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for dental care!

I went here today for the first time and had such a great experience! Everyone was kind, helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They were patient and took the time to explain everything to me when it came to my insurance breakdown and also creating a plan for me moving forward. I am happy with the choice I made to make this my primary dentist.

West Haven office is a fast food style business more concerned with the "up sell" before addressing principal concern. Refused to send records and x-rays to a new legitimate dentist. They have no regard to patient care. Avoid at all costs. If zero or negative stars were an option they would have received that.

I had an emergency tooth extraction and aspen dental in west haven were absolutely amazing I hate going to the dentist I had dr dong and he made sure I was comfortable before we did anything his staff extremely friendly they treated me like I knew them my whole life not one person there were rude I highly recommend going there to the point they are now my primary dentist

Staff and the dentists were real nice, friendly and very accommodating. Dental service for anything is Very fast and you don't have to wait to keep coming back. It's very convenient.
