The entire office was friendly and the doctor and hygienist were thorough and cared about my comfort. Highly recommended!

Had an appointment at 8 30am didn't get called till almost 10 then when I got to the back had to wait another 30 minutes to see the doctor. Then once he came in he said ok let's take a look by the time he was done I was given an estimate for over $ 2,300 dollars and had to make another appointment to get the tooth pulled that I originally came in for which I had to pay for upfront before they would make appointment.

I was leary of going to a dental franchise but was pleasantly surprised. Staff was professional and knowledgeable. They helped me get financing for services and dentures. Highly recommend.

I have been rescheduled multiple times the past year. I have missed out on 2 cleanings that I paid for via my insurance. I was finally supposed to be seen today. And I received a call stating the hygienist had a seminar all day today and they just found out this morning. I work in health care, it seems highly unlikely that there would not be any pre planning for an employee who is seeing patient's to take a day off for training with ZERO notice. They also billed me 3 different times for 3 different amounts, after submitting my last dental appt from 10 months prior. The office staff is incompetent. I have given them a years worth of chances, and I will now be looking for a new provider.

VERY DISSATISFIED with my dentures. I have asked to have them redone because the are so big I cant hardly eat with them and my snap in one wont stay snapped in worth a darn

At 1st my visit to the office was not as smooth as I hoped. I had given staff insurance information before hand. My appointment was not prepared for, and in short left open ended. So I took matters into my own hands and made the follow up call. I spoke with a regional manager who immediately tasked for my appointments and was a complete "Gem" to work with. My husband & I are set with our treatment plan and excited to get our new smiles Thank you Jessica for your determination and professionalism! See Y'all soon!

I went in for an emergency visit and the office manager sweet talked me into signing for a line of credit which I did not need and was informed the only charge was an 18$ copay and everything else was covered. I received a credit statement for $1,080.00$ today 1/22/22 and my emergency service date was 1/12/22. No work was done, only pictures were taken, and I sat in their dental patient chair for a while doing nothing. Do not go here.

I was very well received and taken care of by the staff at aspen dental in Burlington. They made sure to explain things to me and were more than helpful setting up future visits for me. Excellent professionalism in my opinion. Thanks from Nathaniel Houston

Aspen Dental was great. The dentist filled me in on many areas of why I had past issues with other dentures. He explained how dentures are suppose to fit properly and what I could expect from my fittings for the dentures. I highly recommend Aspend dental for all dental needs.

Staff was personable and competent. Considering my anxiety, that was just what i needed to put me s little more at ease. Only negative thing about the visit would be waiting a half an hour past the time of my appointment to get in to get started.
