I have been an Aspen patient for about a year. I hired them for a full-top implanted denture and a bottom partial and a few more things. The initial process/paperwork went so well. I had my procedure today. Absolutely perfect and professional from start to finish. Dr. Teske was fabulous, and her assistant, Cinderella, is an absolute angel. Both extremely competent, professional, knowledgeable and give 100% in their job. I feel that I received the best staff and the best care. For the first time in 30 years, I have lovely teeth. I am really pleased. There was a little snafu with the scripts, but they worked to make it right. Overall, I would highly recommend. All the staff get an A+++

My husband was in terrible pain from a broken tooth and they were able to get him in the same day we called, however it took the dentist FOUR hours to pull one tooth.

This was the most frustrating experience I've had with dental care. My husband and I went in to be established as new patients, and one of the steps was to take x-rays. Now, I'll be honest that it was difficult for them to do mine because of my gag reflex, and I kept apologizing but then they finally got them. My husband then had to have a cavity filled which he got in within a week. I just needed a standard cleaning, which I got in a couple weeks after. HOWEVER, they emailed me a total of 3 times to reschedule. I had a feeling they probably just didn't want to deal with me, but they kept making up excuses about the schedule. I called today and said this is the third time I'm being rescheduled so I'll have to go someplace else. The person (Beth) on the phone didn't even apologize, she just said "okay I'll make a note and cancel the appointment." They don't care at all about customer service, just sales. You're just a number.

Excellent service and help, very friendly and worked with me despite my issues. Went in for an emergency extraction, left with a plan to make me smile again.

I enjoyed every minute of my visit. From their polite and friendly approach to the extremely informative staff. After their explanations and helpful suggestions, I was left without questions. I will definitely be returning.

Had all wisdom teeth pulled and the process was fast and didn't hurt i was suprised ! They explained everything and never rushed!

Another good cleaning visit . Lisa does great work in a minimal amount of time. She shows concern for your comfort and answers any questions you may have.

I went in this morning and then went back for extractions! I couldn't get into my regular dentist til 9/15! I'm so glad aspen dental was here to help out! I was in such pain!!!

Very very unhappy with this dental office. While the actual hygienist was nice, I felt the assistant could care less about her job. My boyfriend went in for tooth pain to make sure he didn't have an infection. The dentist assumed he wanted it pulled even tho we told the assistant that we didn't want anything major as we are about to have a child and don't want to have to deal with recovery and a newborn. Then we get told he needs a full set of dentures and next thing we know, they are signing us up for a credit card and making the appointment for extraction. The communication is terrible. We thought we were going over finance options, and next thing we know we are signing up for a credit card. Also, they lady kept using our child as a reason to get the work done, saying "well you wanna be around for junior here" and I felt that was incredibly unnecessary. I really wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I have no idea how the actual dental work is, but being treated like another dollar sign is reason enough for me to never want to come back.

Don't send your dog here. No personal care. You are treated as a number with a $sign. I'm filing a complaint with my insurable company and hopefully they'll drop this tooth factory. Because I cared to complain about the service I received they refused to see me for an infection I KNEW I had. Which resulted in an abscess, hospitalization, emergency surgery and I was in a ventilator for 4 days. Their lack of professionalism and empathy almost cost me my life!

Enter at your own risk. Feels more like a timeshare sales pitch than a dental appointment. --- Be careful... You go into get your teeth checked up/cleaned and then they will add additional services (like extra xrays) that ARE NOT covered by your insurance. Then you get a fat bill in the mail. To make things worse, we were clear that we only wanted what was covered by insurance. This was a violation of trust and they are, in my opinion, not worthy of your trust or your business. I will also note that my insurance has always been adequate for exams and cleaning at my prior dentists with no additional costs. I intend to dispute these charges... I will update once I learn more. These guys can see you quickly... However, my perspective is that this shameful/scam-ish behavior that proves you are better off waiting for a dentist you can trust. --- As far as the cleaning experience went, the dental hygienist was very a nice lady but very very rough... This was definitely tough love to say the least. She was very thorough but gentile she was not... The roughest cleaning that I or my family has ever experienced to the point where we were considering going elsewhere even before the bill came in the mail.

I felt very comfortable while I was here for the first time. They were able to get me in the day after I called to schedule, I ended up needing a little bit of work done and they were able to schedule me for my cleaning, filling for a cavity, and the start of my Motto tray all on the same day in just two weeks from now. Everyone was super nice, glad to have established care here!

Underwent a difficult extraction followed by an implant and everything went well. Dr. Teske and office staff are very good.

A BIG "WELL DONE" to the entire team !, after having a very upsetting experience with my first set of dentures that had been made by the previous team I was ready to explode, Kaylee managed to calm me down and assured me they will do everything they can to make me happy, I was very hesitant and sceptical. Well they did what they promised and today I got my new set of dentures and OH WOW! GREAT LOOK, GREAT FIT, I want to especially say thanks to Kaylee and the technician Benny for doing a great job!. Thanks to the new Dr and the whole team from the receptionist to the dental assistants... WELL DONE from me your forever patients Abraham!

Ill be honest. Was warned about this company by several people but the place everyone mentioned was closed down and i went to a different location! my experience was Awesome, awesome, awesome!!!! I had a bad infection in a back tooth and also a cracked tooth . They were very kind, understanding, workable and affordable. They pulled my tooth and also explained next steps throughout the process. Amazing customer service, my surgeon was awesome and so was her team. a little disappointed i wasn't given post op precautionary pain meds but i trust they know what they are doing! When i say it was bad i mean i had many dentists avoid the situation completely. This team jumped right in and saved the day... very glad i chose to go....

They schedule so many appointments you're left waiting 30-40 mins in the dentist's chair. Just waiting and waiting and waiting like you have nowhere else to be.
