As a new customer, I am impressed with the professionalism of the staff and doctors. This is the best and most pleasant experience I've had going to a dentist. The staff took the the time to explain what they were going to do. The dentist was very helpful in explaining what was going on in my mouth, what it was going to take to fix the problems and all of the options and alternatives. I will give this particular office a 10 out of ten on everything.

I called to make an appointment as a new patient. The recording said a 10 min wait. I waited 22 min before I hung up and called back. Pressed #2, (that I'm an existing patient) and they answered on the 3rd ring. I dont think that's right!

Finally dentist that is on the same page as me. I'm still hesitant and want to go slow but she expressed my thoughts and goals exactly and did not judge.

My hygienist was amazing and gentle. She was able to remove all stains from my teeth. She gave me a clear education on how to properly clean and floss and maintain teeth healthy. As well as coming back for cleanings.

They said my gums are in poor shape and need a deep clean in all 4 quadrants. Also said I needed to have 3 cavities filled and I needed invisalign. Even after I told the doctor no they still tried to make me pay for it. After seeing their estimate I went to another dentist and I only have one cavity needing to be filled and they said my gums and teeth look great. Aspen will lie to you just to get money for providing services you dont really need. If I could give zero start I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Wonderful dental office, with friendly and professional staff that are very welcoming. They are happy to share the entire process of what is going on during the appointment to ease the mind of their patients, as well as being conscientious of the patients comfort.

Had a great experience today, and would highly recommend this Aspen Dental! The entire staff was very personable and helpful, and the Dentist was very thorough, and took the time to answer all my questions and go over my treatment plan with me. Pricing was straightforward and very reasonable.

I was able to book an appointment online over the weekend while they were closed. I cracked a tooth and they did my initial exam, a cleaning and pulled my broken tooth all in one day. It was the gentlest cleaning I've ever had, they listened to my fear of needles for the tooth extraction, and were very accommodating. At a different dentist, i was quoted over twice what i paid at Aspen to have the extraction done. Over all the best dentist experience I've ever had.

They gave me misinformation about billing i was given a total amout once and that was low about $60 with insurance (looking back now I should have known something was wrong when I was told any amout under a few hundred dollars for a tooth extraction) i let them know i could pay that amount and then later after the procedure was done my total amount (which was my true total not the number given to me) was changed and I wasn't told so I ended up paying 10x expected and didn't even give me a chance to explore payment options with them the front desk was rude asserting she did her job and I was upset for no reason because "no dentist is going to extract a tooth for less than a few hundred dollars" at which point I asked to speak to a manager and the "manager" wouldn't allow me to place a complaint about my treatment (she refused to give me the name of the receptionist which i actually already knew i just wanted to make sure i had her name correct so i was accuate and could actually tell them who exactly it was i wont leave her name here because even though she is a terrible person with c*** behavior) and basically told me no one cared about my problem with them I simply wanted to be reimbursed and start some sort of payment plan with them but they were rude, inconsiderate, and simply unprofessional I will never be coming back or referring them to anyone else they will mistreat you if you let them and pay attention at all times when talking to reception they will do anything to dupe you, take your money, and act like they did nothing

Dr Carson and Ahmad took great care of me. I can't remember the name of the dental assistant who helped though the whole surgery, but she was very nice as well.

Aspen Dental hasn't only helped me but also my Brother. We both were in desperate need of a healthy beautiful smile again, and that's exactly what we got. I have so much confidence in Dr. Ahmad and trust his guidance throughout my dental plan, he's treated us as if we were family. The whole team is amazing! Genevieve worked with me to create a perfect smile for me. All the way from the fit of my implants to the shape and size. She made me feel that every detail wasn't just important to me but also to her that I walk out happy.

We made an appointment to have an upper denture repaired on Friday January 28 2022 for Monday January 31,2022 at 11:00 with Dr Wilcox at Aspen Dental in East Wenatchee to have an upper denture repaired. This was through an answering service for Aspen Dental. We arrived at 10:45 and said we have an 11:00 with Dr Wilcox. We were given new patient information to be filled out. After 45 minutes later were told they had sick calls and we said we could reschedule if they were that busy. The receptionist told us they were just waiting for someone to take X-ray. We said this is for an upper denture repair and don't need X-ray. Receptionist told us it would be up to the Doctor. She then said a Drs name we didn't recognize and we asked for Dr Wilcox like we did when we arrived. At this point we were told there is not any Dr Wilcox working there nor had there ever been. We could have saved ourselves an hour of waiting if the original receptionist has corrected us on the name. Very unhappy with this practice.
