Honestly the only reason this facility isnt getting 5 stars is that I have some serious dental phobia issues. The staff was great and very understanding of when I needed a minute before continuing with the care I was receiving today.

I took my dentures in to get a little piece patched up because they fell and broke not the teeth itself but the gun part and I wish I never took them in there because I'm in pain all weekend and all I all I wanted him to do was just patch the little were and I'm devastated and I and my teeth are falling out of my mouth

I had a dental emergency and was very happy with the friendly atmosphere and efficiency, quality and value of the dental work at Webster (NY) office. I will definitely be referring family and friends, and will be returning there for future services.

Fantastic, easy experience. Lily Jataya Annalee Cinthia and Dr. Ustinenkov all great in and out and got the job done. Accepts almost every insurance. 10/10

I went in for emergency tooth pain, after seeing they do emergency service and walk ins. At first it seemed OK they needed x rays before they could take care of it. After that they try to sell me a bunch of stuff, being in serious pain and wanting to move forward I agreed to a cleaning prior to the extraction. After the cleaning which was brutual, I noticed a chip in my front tooth that wasn't there. I had a appointment schedule for the following week, which i was going to bring the chipped tooth up. the appointment date written on the card was the wrong date so I ended up missing my appointment. Called back the next day to reschedule, they said they could get me in the following week. today is that day. I get there right at 8 when my appointment supposedly starts, only to be told that they don't open till 9? And that I don't have a scheduled appointment. So I contact human resource department hopping they will help ease the situation they said they would talk to the branch manager and dentist to figure out what went wrong. They got back to me fairly quick saying that there is another customer with same first and last name as well as phone number as me and that he had the scheduled appointment at 8 o'clock. Even though they don't open till 9 I asked how this could be only to recieve a very blunt and apathetic response from Cynthia, she tried to tell me it was my fault the appointment was missed and that they called prior to confirm which never happened... she also gave me attitude on why i didn't mention the chiped tooth.. still dont have answers to why there's another me in there system. would have been better of talking to a wall. I requested to cancel the appointment since I have to wait even longer, still in pain and I am very unhappy with there incompetence, poor practice and there willingness to pass the blame on the customer Thanks for you for wasting my time and making spending 300 on a xray/ cleaning that you offer free to uninsured customer but not insured now I know where not to go Deserve no stars avoid at all cost

This place is terribly cheap! They don't even give you a face shield for a procedure to cover from water splashing over your face. Can't they at least have a water dispenser in the waiting area? Worse thing is the dentist works on 2 or even 3 patients while they should only be taking care of you! They call you in and have you wait in your dental chair excessively long. Those commercials are a big joke! I hate them making $5754 out of pocket from me! I would never recommend this joint to anyone. I'm staying here for now because I don't want to switch horses midstream. But golly, I can't wait 'til it's all over!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Made me feel comfortable being a new Client.I would recommend anyone that needs Some work on there teeth like I do to try them out.

So glad I chose Aspen Dental. From the front desk and everyone else throughout the practice, awesome. You can tell right away that they are a team of professional, courteous, friendly and thoughtful group. I will be returning for all work going forward. And I will definitely recommend them every chance I get. Thank you Aspen staff !!

They double booked us and moved our emergency appointment to further away and much later in the day. Be aware that if you try to schedule online, you can only be a new patient and cannot book for the actual appointment that you need. The staff were rude and uncaring when trying to handle this

Coming from a place like aspen you would think it would be far from glorious. But staff is actually really nice and the doctor himself does everything he can to make you feel better, regardless of time constraints he has. Been multiple times now and will keep going.

Perhaps aspen dental should check their settings, and have better communication through their staff. Online it says you accept blue cross blue shield insurance. Yet you don't. And when I asked if I'd be referred to somewhere that did, the woman doing my x-rays said the front end women would gladly help. Well when the time came to ask, I was told they "don't do that". And the guy that examined my teeth was unprofessional. I went in with a hole in my tooth, and despite sticking a tool into it, says it wasn't a hole. And said it's possible the nerve was dying. But insisted other teeth be taken care of first. I don't recommend this dental office at all unless you want mixed messages.

I had my bridge fall out. My own dentist was on vacation and the dental practice that was covering for him didn't have an opening that day, Friday. I called several other dentists before calling Aspen. The person who scheduled my appointment was very efficient and assured me I would be able to be seen that day!! Even though unfortunately it wasn't fixable that day, I left with a plan to fix it. Impressed.

Tend to agree with some of the reviews regarding customer service at this location. Specifically, I had the misfortune to chat with the office manager Cynthia who was extremely unhelpful and borderline rude on the phone. My appointment was rescheduled after 3 weeks after it was confirmed to me on the phone cleaning was possible on a weekend. Unfortunately, there was miscommunication and she was unable to rectify. Not sure why she was raising her voice on the phone when I was simply asking for alternatives on how we can make it work. Very unsympathetic towards patients. Please choose a location that is more kind. These guys don't seem to care.
