I was scared but all the staff made me feel very comfortable. Yes they will finish all my dental plans we discussed

Waited for almost an hour in the waiting room for a review of the treatment plan after my exam and the lady told me that she didn't even know I was in there. I had to leave to go pick up my kids from school and was almost late. The lady said she would call me and go over it, never heard from them the rest of the day. I tried calling the office to get this information and couldn't get anyone on the phone.

I tried to make an appointment here because I had a bad infection in my tooth and needed to be seen ASAP as I have A low immune system. They told me it was going to be 4-6 weeks, with the infection. I called when I was out of town and going to be back in 8 days so I knew waiting was going to make the infection worse so I was disappointed they could not get me in sooner with an infection. I ended up going to a dentist where I was out of state. When I got back I made an appointment here to get a cleaning and got in to get an evaluation for a cleaning. I was able to get my evaluation which consisted of getting my X-Rays and teeth checked for them to determine which type of cleaning I needed. They then wanted to schedule my cleaning which was going to take 7 weeks to get too. Since I Was not in a hurry I was okay with this. On another note what I did not like is while I was there they had a new guy in training at the front desk. The lady who sits at the the desk when you first come in the door to the left was VERY rude to him, talking to him loudly and correcting him loudly, (Even though he is learning) speaking to him rudely and just was not speaking very kindly to him, while I was sitting there waiting to be seen. I then had sit with her to check out, where she continue to treat this young gentleman horribly. I almost said something and regret not saying something but I'm hoping it was a one time thing and they were just having a bad day. I am going to try them at the cleaning and see how they do but if she is that rude again I will say something.

i went in as a walk in and got took asap. got x-rayed and got told everything that I should do. I went back the next day to remove my wisdom tooth.

At first my experience wasn't great but I also have bad anxiety about the dentist but the staff was very accommodating and made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed before they started the procedure. I'm horrible with names but there was one of the staff members that went completely out of her way to make sure I was okay! I would definitely recommend them to anyone! In my opinion tho the wait time is the only thing that they need to work on but it is understandable with them only having one dentist in the office.

I called to schedule my 1st visit on 5/24/22, and was given 8/2/22. I received a call on 8/5/22 because there would not be a Dr. in the office I had to reschedule. I was given 10/17/22. I was not a happy camper. I was talking to their call center and she gave me the direct # to the Waycross office and said to call them and ask to be put on the cancellation list. I ended up having a cold and would have had to CX my 8/5/22 appointment anyway. Gods timing, I didn't inconvenience them :) I called on 8/30/22 and asked to be put on the CX list and Tanechia (front desk) had me scheduled at 9AM the next morning. I saw Dr. Campbell, the hygienist Dana but I did not write down the name of the young lady that did my x-rays. They all did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable and answered all of my questions. They showed me what they found, what I needed, and what could be put off till I save some money. They did not try to pressure me into treatments as the Aspen dental did in Palm Bay, FL. I would not have gone to this office because of the Palm Bay office but this is what my medicare covers. After reading the good revues for this office, I decided to schedule and am glad I did. The office was clean, the employees friendly, kind and knowledgeable. In fact the x-ray tec. had just started 2 weeks ago and Dr. Campbell and Dana were patient and encouraging when she asked a question. All of the employees hustled when they were moving from room to room. They all looked like they enjoyed their job. In this day that says a lot! So far I highly recommend this office. I get a small cavity filled and teeth cleaned next month, then 2 crowns replaced in the future. I will try to remember to update.

By far the worst dental practice I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I had an eight am appointment that they cancelled by mistake, so they asked me to return at 3 PM, only to keep me waiting over an half an hour and I'm still waiting to be seen. This is horrible! Why people continue to go to this location is unknown, but horrible doesn't even describe the experience. At least the ladies at the front desk were kind, but the overall practice is unacceptable. It's a wonder that they don't lose all their patients and have to close up their practice due to incompetence. If you're looking for a dental office in the Waycross area, you're better off avoiding this one.

If i could leave a 0 I would have appointment at 9am this morning girl at counter told me to sign in and sit down. She was busy playing on phone she didn't put me in computer so after three hours they told me I would have to reschedule my fillings.last time I was there the same thing happened to another person. There just not very professional. They make the mistakes and make there patients pay for there mistake. Ask to speak with doctor they told me he was to busy. He wasn't to busy when they where asking for my money. People if u wise I would stay away from this place . They got me for a 1000 dollars for cleaning. I will find a more professional business to spend my money at.
