Direct, professional and courteous, not much more you could ask for! If you had a bad experience in a dentist office you owe it to yourself to experience Aspen Dental in Wausau, WI. From the start they were great, I whole heartedly recommend them!

Very considerate and caring. Matter of fact attitude was nice to have. 10-15-2019, very nice experience ! The crew here gave me my smile back. Very professional and caring. I will always be greatful ! 8-19-2020 I had an excellent experience at Aspen on 8-17-2020. Very caring staff. My dentures broke, Aspen fixed them fast and had me smiling again. Thank you Much ! 9-12-2022 Nice Staff! Always Caring for our needs. Enjoy there help. Patient with us. Thank you!

My visit was very pleasant. Amy(hygienist) and Hannah(scheduler) were amazingly friendly. Amy explained everything that was going on. Never had anyone do that before.

By far the worst Experience ever! I was treated very poorly today by their office manager after being a patient for over 6 years and I happened to be running late by two minutes today. I get there and I'm told I can not not be seen because I was upset. Oh course I'm going to be upset at this point. I've waited months for this appt and we all know how that goes, take off work, find childcare, the whole thing. to reschedule would be starting the whole thing over and result in a completely wasted day and my oral care postponed which is not ideal as the type of work I need done is somewhat urgent. So yes I was upset, but as a professional office they should have recognized that I was upset and took proper action instead of refusing my appt right there in the lobby, to be treated very poorly- I will never go back to aspen!

Patient, kind, informative. First time I wasn't scared of a dentist. They make sure you are numb before, during, and after your procedure. Helped me find a way to pay for my bill. They make sure you under everything before they work on you. Grateful they were able to get me in on an emergency case so quickly.

I'm posting this on behalf of my girlfriend who is on a fixed income, and trusted Aspen with getting her dentures in less than 12 months three two teeth fell out one almost immediately. Their idea of honoring a warranty is glue the tooth back in with an epoxy. Now while eating a cheeseburger, because she is two gunshy to eat anything harder than bread one of her front teeth fell out I can't wait to see what Aspen charges her for this. And yes they have always been polite.but I smile when I'm screwing someone too!

I certainly wouldn't recommend Aspen Dental, or at least this location. Back in Nov 2021, I had to make an emergency appointment and this location is pretty far from me, but with the circumstances I needed the soonest appointment. The visit with the dentist and hygienist went great but the individual who spoke with me was rather rude and only interested in selling me aspen dental services. He initially gave me a grand total price of services the doctor recommended and I asked for it to be itemized he scratched it down on a piece of paper and then started to push me to secure a loan through them. I then mentioned pain and he then stated that there are other people who come to this office with much worse problems, which was very demeaning for no reason. Even so, they completely missed a tooth growing in when examining me and neglected to recommend a removal to my oral surgeon. Since I now need dental care, I reached out for my records to be released so I can see someone much closer to home and they stated they could not release records unless I was physically present to sign them off. I'm sure glad hospitals don't have those awful, limiting, corporate policies. So, since my insurance only allows X-rays once every three years, I will now be paying out of pocket to receive dental care. I do not recommend Aspen Dental for any reason, they seem to be concerned about earning money and not concerned about their patients.

RUDE IN WAUSAU The hardest part of going to the dentist should not be dealing with a disrespectful cashier/front desk! After dealing with the same rude person for the 3rd time I mentioned it in their review. In retaliation, one of the other office people called & tried to intimidate & harass me. Very disappointing!! I canceled all future appts. not only will I never go back, I will strongly encourage friends & family to stay away!!

They wasted 3 hrs of my day, for a 15 min procedure. I got the used car salesmen vibes for sure. While they wanted me to arrive 15min early for my appointment which I did being respectful of their time, but they where 15 min late for my appointment. When I made the appointment it was for the procedure and the initial visit, but after the initial visit they wanted to schedule me for a different day. 2 hrs of round trip travel, they where doing to have me drive another 2 hr round trip for a 15 min ordeal? WOW!

After multiple layers and pressing *1,2,3 in an attempt to get an emergency dental appointment on Saturday, we were told that we can arrive at the location for an emergency (pending if there are more people ahead of us). We arrived and was told by multiple people in the office that it was some "service day" and couldn't fix (pull) the broken tooth until Monday. If you can't do emergency dental services on the weekend, fine, but don't lie make my wife suffer on the way to your building.

Had an emergency situation with my teeth. I called Aspen dental and they fit me in there schedule as soon as they possibly could. Which was right away. Just had to wait my turn. In my opinion Dr. Schulz and his team were very professional and cared for my well being. Looking forward to seeing them in the future!

Overall a great experience. Very caring and concerning people. Wish I had known more about the procedure and how dentures do and do not fit. Also more instruction about how to use denture adhesive and what it does and does not do.

Aspen dental got me in the very next day to have an exam to figure out a couple problems I was having they also helped me a lot finding me the best price options for some things I need done I am extremely scared of the dentist and this company took really good care of me I couldn't be more thankful right now
