Made an appointment 6 weeks ago for a teeth cleaning and visit with the dentist and I show up today and no appointment. Don't waste your time go somewhere else.

Explained the optional work charges on my bill as 'what comes with the cleaning or package'until after they did the work and we asked about them. Also charged for a $134 toothbrush without asking me if we even wanted it. had to wait over 15 minutes after appt time for cleaning. didnt recieve calls back after leaving 2 messages. got hung up on when my wife was able to call in. and we had to listen to the hygenist talk about her relationship with her ex boyfriend the entire time . not a great experience whatsoever.

Working with Aspen has proven to be extremely difficult. The process seems to be endless and it is difficult to get any answers or to even get someone to answer the phone. Feels as though they make you come back so many times just so they can charge for multiple visits. I am definitely not impressed.

Waited for 1st visit, not told running late. Then front office staff interrupted discussion with X-ray staff for no reason and spoke with me like I was stupid. Long wait to see actual dentist after X-rays.

My husband went into this location for the first time, a place I have gone to and also my son. I felt terrible for my husband for the bad experience he had. My husband was there to get new dentures, first the employees that took care of him were very immature and unprofessional, the dentist spent 5 minutes with him, he wasn't shown any options at first as to what dentures he could get, he was just given the upgraded pricing. To top it off, they held onto my husband's current dentures and when we asked for them, and the young man walked out and just handed my husband his teeth..in front of everyone! The receptionist giving us pricing, was the only one who was helpful. We told her that we will not be back and that 3 of my family member's will also not be going there. This is very sad, because when the owner was actually working there, it seemed more professional and patient concerned. In addition to the sad service, as I sat and waited for my husband, I saw two of the employees keep coming around the corner, giggling and whispering, and from my point of view it appeared as though the young man and young girl were talking about the patients, whether or not they were, does not even matter because it was the perception from someone sitting and waiting. Sad that this location is no longer somewhere that myself and family will be going to.

First time using a dentist out of the small towns. Everyone was great to deal with. They were happy to answer any questions and very polite. They also were reassuring and confident. I was able to do financing on the spot. Very impressed by everything. I wish I had one of these Aspen dental clinics when I was a kid. Highly recommend with their judgment free zone. I enjoyed my visit so much that my wife will be using them in the future.

I believe it is Dr. Teske that I saw while I was here and she was amazing! I have never felt less anxious at a dental appointment. I am so used to being made to feel ashamed for all the issues I have with my teeth and she didn't make me feel that way. She told me it's wasn't too bad and made a plan to get my teeth back to being healthy! Her dental assistant was amazing too. As well as Sharon who is working as office manager.

They were a bit behind. My appointment was scheduled for 10:15, I wasn't seen until a little after 11AM. Service was outstanding though, so dare I say worth the wait. The staff is one of a kind.

Not good personnel changes way too often no one knows what happened yesterday!!!! I should have had my dentures in 6 months now its been nine!!!!! Still not done and have offered no money back!!

Waited 2 hours and was never seen by the dentist. The ladies at the front desk were great and helpful but everything else was terrible

I have a chronic illness and didn't take good care of teeth for a long time. The last dentist I went to was a complete judgemental arrogant person and dr. truong and his team were the exact opposite. His team is diverse. He recognized my nerves and embarrassment and mentioned that he tries not to judge. (Which I appreciate. You never know people's story). Also the people at the desk were great and answering questions that I had about their personal dental experiences (I'd only ever been to that first dentist). ALSO, there is a payment plan option if your insurance doesn't cover all of a large bill. If I did have a complaint I'd mention to be prepared to be there a while. (Could've been my fault because I thought I had enough x-rays but had to do more). I was there about two hours for an initial exam (that was WAY more thorough and professional than the previous dentist) and some x-rays. But this didn't bother me at all. OH! also, I need a deep cleaning, I came in on Monday (about a week after I first called). I have my first cleaning this Wednesday and my second on Friday. So it may take a little while that day but it's better than waiting months to get stuff done.

I had dentures made at aspen dental in waukesha. Since then my company has changed my dental insurance to a different company. I had 4 teeth fall out. They will not stand behind my problem. Wanted 180.00 dollars a tooth to put them back in. They promised me everything and now when i needed help. They refused me. I dont recommend them to anyone. They are a terrible practice teeth fall

The x Rays at my initial appt we're lengthy and a different process than other dentists I have been to but my dentist clearly knew what he was doing and seemed to genuinely care about his patients oral health. I was having horrible mouth pain and they were able to quickly schedule me in and get work done.

Would never recommend this location. Went in for a first time check-up. Got treated with the upmost disrespect, was told I needed some work and would be given a call back the next day and never heard from them. The dentist here is a joke also!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!

They were friendly but I was getting rather frustrated when I was there an hour before being taken back for x-rays and almost another hour after x-rays to be seen. As a first time patient I was there for 3 hours.

I came in on an emergency, my crown had fallen out, They were nice enough to get me in that same day and put the crown back in. I was told I needed a new one. I had made a follow up appointment to have an exam, cleaning and to discuss a new crown. I made 2 appointments, 1 for 8:30am and 1 for 9:30am, there was no cleaning or dicussion about a new crown, instead I had an enormous amount of x-rays done, I had the dentist look at my teeth and then I had a hygienist look at my teeth and I was told that I needed $5,000.00 worth of work done. They didn't clean my teeth, I even had to request putting the crown back in. I was very upset, I was shown to the check out desk at 9:45am, where the lady asked me if I had a cleaning done and I told her no. They said that they would do the cleaning but I would have to come back at 3:30 PM because my appointment took took long, they couldn't clean them, now mind you, I had 2, 1 hour appointments scheduled. Unbelievable, I had to find another dentist.

I made a reservation online after experiencing tooth pains at around 3am. About 7am a woman named Jessica called and followed up with me. It was very nice to see them follow up quite literally when they are open. The staff there were very nice and helpful and all of them went to extra lengths to make sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole process. The doctor was very thorough and answered all my questions in a very professional manner. In the end, they helped me through the process and made sure I was taken care of. Jessica also dealt with very difficult customers while also making sure that I was set up for success with my further appointments with the oral surgeon and the endodontics. If you can get in earlier the better, as Jessica and her team were able to deliver a very excellent customer experience. This makes me question the validity of lower quality reviews, as my experience was very much different. A pleasant experience with the general waiting around usually experienced in doctors offices, which shouldn't come as a surprise. They were expedient when they did get to me however. If anyone is wondering whether or not to come to this place, they most definitely should. If you are respectful and patient, they will be so in kind and treat you as such.
