The staff and doctor were great. I understand businesses are short staffed but just try to keep peoples appointments the time they are supposed to be. My appointment was at 9:45am, I didn't go back until 10:15am. When I make appointments I make them and base my whole day around them.

Your place is a joke! My mom has had all kinds of issues with this place! I had to call corporate on them all ready ,And about to again! She was giving a time to be out there today ,She drove all the way there for them to say oh we made a mistake the apt is Tomorrow. I wonder of aspen gave her a gas card for there mistake? I'll see how her apt goes tomorrow, Hopefully I don't have to call corporate again.

On the first day of our vacation, a front tooth came off of my dentures. It happened after closing hours so I waited until they opened in the morning. They were all so kind and helpful. Within 2 hours I had my smile back--they did an amazing job. It really saved our vacation!!

I do not recommend going here. They have been difficult to deal with. I'm pregnant and dealing with some problems and every time my appointment comes up they make me reschedule. And when I have to reschedule I have to wait at least a month and when they call to reschedule my appointment it's always an hr before my appointment. I've been trying to get work done since June and now my appointment has been pushed back two times and is now set for the end of this month but now I don't think I can get work done since I'm so far along now. I ended up having an infection in august that got really bad and they still refused to get me in any sooner. I ended up in the er twice bc of it. They had to reschedule once bc they had 3 emergency appointments in and I guess me having a tooth infection that was spreading while being pregnant wasn't an emergency for them. Save you're time and go somewhere else.

I think this group of people were awesome! In the Watertown area' Courteous, polite, patient! Just what you need when you go and your mouth is is swelled and you can hardly speak! Definitely a STAR team!!!!!

All stuff are nice,but if you want to have any services, book your appointment when you don't have anything else to do that day because the wait can go up to 1 hour after been sat to see the doctor.

My husband had a partial bottom plate made. They had taken x-rays of all his teeth. He had them for a little while and the tooth that was used to hook them onto was decayed and broke off pieces. We went to a different dentist and they found the tooth rotted and the nerves tangled so they could not take it out. We had to go to an oral surgeon to dig and cut the nerves. I feel they should have seen this in x-rays before they made this plate!!! We are still paying on them and could not use them. I am so upset!!!!!

My last experience at this establishment, I drove down (1hr commute from Canada) to have my crown replaced. This appointment was prebooked well in advance, including a confirmation email. Upon arrival, I sat in the waiting room, as per usual, waiting to be called for my appointment. I was then called into the exam room. The assistant went to look for my replacement crown, only to return stating they did not have it nor did they have my molding. She stated (the assisstant) that she would speak to the dentist to see what to do next. AN HOUR LATER.... The assistant returned to inform me that the dentist was too busy to see me that day and that she will reschedule. I was absolutely floored. I had driven to the US for this from Canada after working all evening, to be tossed aside like the money I've spent to get there on top of the money I already spent for the work to be done that lasted only 4 months, meant absolutely nothing to this establishment. Simply put and no pun intended; They put bad taste in my mouth.

I had an emergency while traveling and they got me in within 30 minutes...staff was exceptionally sweet and dentist was very caring...made the whole experience pleasant and relaxed for me, which I appreciated...highly recommend

Very professional. Very soothing atmosphere. I felt very relaxed. I have had very bad experiences at other dental offices in the past. Aspen Dental by far was my best experience. May sound strange but i look forward to my future appointments. Thank you to all the staff.

They were fast thorough and so compassionate. I was a walk in they got to the bottom of my issue and set me up with the proper referral. I gave 4 stars only because they forgot to send my script to the pharmacy

I am a very upset old lady today. Heading to my Dr as my Blood Pressure was driven up this morning by a rude phone representative from your facility. After finding out my current Dentist was no longer accepting my insurance, I researched others and decided on Aspen. This morning I am told there is no Dental Hygienist and I will be expected to have a full work up with complete xrays. I can not afford the out of pocket cost as I am retired and have no savings. I had my most current xrays last year. All I wanted was to establish a new dentist and get my 6 month cleaning. I was rudely told that if I could not accept Aspen's terms, I could not have the appt. Now, I must look again for a dentist. I hope I have better luck with nicer customer service representatives and a office that can make reasonable exceptions for older individuals with a limited resources.
