The front desk lady was so rude to me I about cried. I was trying to figure out parents insurance away from home and she was very mean about my lack of understanding. Made my whole experience feel bad. They gave me two hours to call the night before my appointment saying they needed more information but I work. Since my appointment I was told I could pick up a toothbrush but never got called and had to call. Tried several times to pick it up 12, 1230, 115 and the office was closed. Their lunch hours were not posted anywhere which made it a very frustrating experience. Don't recommend this place at all if you're expecting professionalism.

Everyone was very professional and did their jobs well. They worked with me on what I wanted and what I can afford. So far, I am happy with Aspen Dental.

Sheila Dillman along with the rest of the staff just help me realize once again that I made the right choice my picking them for all my dental needs I mean everyone from India at the front desk to Ashley in the finance dept and everyone in between they are all smiles and very warm and welcoming atmosphere they make you feel good about selecting them for your dental needs and I would recommend them to anyone who is serious about getting there Smile back I wish I would have found them earlier but I'm just thankful that I'm with them now.

I was in so much tooth pain that I just wanted it taken care of they named off all these problems make sure that I got a 5500$ credit out to pay for that before I even did anything and as soon as I got a root canal done at a different location I had no pain they capped my teeth in back that wasn't necessary and I was very unhappy. YES I MADE MISTAKE BUT I WAS IN PAIN I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM. THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS

I would give negative stars to Waterloo Aspen dental if I could, wasted my time booking an appointment to this place. I live an hour away, they never called despite telling me they "tried" several times when I booked my appointment at 9am for a 1:00pm. I drive the hour to Waterloo for my son to be seen and they tell me that they tried to call and didn't get ahold of me, but they don't see children even though he is ten and other Aspen dentals have the age requirement of 8. None of this was explained to me prior to leaving my house and wasting my gas. Staff here were rude and very not understanding. I will never return to an Aspen dental again. ESPECIALLY THIS ONE.

They didn't prescribe anything after my girlfriend tooth was pulled. And it's been 3 days she's in pain. Place is a joke

I wanted a tooth looked at I broke it and my appointment was at 2:15 and 45 minutes later i will still waiting so I left as other people got called in front of me.

Very poor I went in there had 15 teeth pulled a bone draft put in in October of 2021 and my mouth is still numb and I owe him $8,000 and I and I got a bad over bite and a lot of pulling this on my bottom gum and they ain't trying to make it right no stars at all

5 years ago I had extensive work done, probably 4 root canals and 12 crowns. The crowns were constantly popping off. I probably had to have the crowns reattached 15 times. Many times the crown would pop off again after 1 day and then again a week later. The l Second to last one couldn't be reattached and I lost the tooth. About a week ago I had another pop off and half the tooth with it. I tried calling several times but got the answering machine, so I left a message. I still havent heard back and my tooth is killing me. I also have another 2 teeth with crowns that are hurting and another that doesnt hurt, but you can see its rotting at the gum line under the crown. I'm really discouraged because after spending 10k I was told the crowns would last 10 years but here I am 5 years later feeling like I've been taken advantage of.

The best dentists one ever been to I would recommend this to anyone in the world...the staff was so friendly and mad me feel so comfortable and after I was done I was totally satisfied with the out come....aspen is the shittt...i stamped that
