Dr. Frank is a terrific and kind practitioner. He excels at extractions. I am actually friends with my hygienist. Not scary to go in for care. Love this Aspen Dental !

Was left for a week with a broken tooth that was down to the root and extremely painful, they have no emergency services and could not fit me into their schedule, office hours are terribly short and no weekend appointments due to being closed

Dr. C. is just amazing. She is kind, friendly, understanding and a great listener. She makes you feel comfortable and explains everything very thoroughly. I would not go anywhere else. Also, Chris her assistant is just as wonderful. Thank you for always taking care of me!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST! This office is scamming people and I will be reporting them to the American Dental Association. I went to them for the first time taking advantage of their Free Comprehensive Exam and Free X-rays. They told me that I had no decay but did have periodontal disease, excessive tarter and Gingivitis and needed oral antibiotics and periodontal scaling and root planning. The cost of their recommended treatment plan was $3,453.00!! I was very skeptical of their diagnosis since I take exceptional care of my teeth and had no symptoms at all. I decided to see another dentist for a second opinion. I asked to have the x-rays they took sent to another dentist. I went to the other dentist who found 2 cavities( which Aspen Dental did not find)and other than some minor tarter, my gums and teeth were in great shape. The cost of the cleaning was $135.00!!!!! Aspen Dental is luring new patients with free exam and x-rays and then recommending exorbitant treatment and cost. DO NOT USE THIS DENTAL OFFICE

The care I was given is top notch!! Dr Catania has a way to ease your fears and the owner, Dr Frank is the most down to earth, humble guy. Let your fear go and you will walk out better than you arrived.

Great dentistry practice. I broke a crown and needed dental service asap. Aspen Dental was able to get me in on one day. Dr. Frank is professional, thorough, friendly, and puts you at ease. The entire staff, from the front desk to the X-ray tech, to the doctor and the business office staff were all excellent. I am switching from my West Hartford dental practice to Dr Frank and this practice.

During my visit I was advised that I had to have an antibiotic based teeth cleaning. I was also advised that said procedure would be 3K+ in price. My wife is a payroll and benefits coordinator for a New London business. She researched the cost. Based on our zip code, the price was 1.6K. In addition I was told that insurance doesn't normally cover the work. My wife called our insurance company. They cover 80% up to $1,000. I really don't appreciate being led astray during a stress situation. I had enough of that while I was in uniform. Needless to say My wife and I will be revisiting the topic in person

Dr Catania was, as always, very pleasant and extremely competent, repairing my broken front tooth and enabling me to smile again. I am beyond grateful to her and the staff.

Shame how you have to go complain about the lack of care, follow-up and concerns to get things done for someone to care and listen and fix it. The 100% guarantee/Emergency Walk in was NOT a concern to them, THAT'S why we left only to HAVE to come back to find people doing jobs they weren't hired for. THAT'S when I was ASKED from an employee to forward my concerns to higher management, so I did and NOW things SEEM to be going ALOT smoother. Hopefully it continues to get better.

Office cancels appointments at last minute. Say to call back then the office never calls back once. I know the office doesn't care about me at all but at least try to hide the disinterest in my business changing dentists. Also the head dentist (older male) even yr staff doesn't care for you never calling patients 0 stars in google had the option lol

Everybody was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable during this time of crisis. I'm glad they were open as I have a tooth that is bothering me. I'm glad I went there because they are now my dental provider.

Was wondering if Waterford office was still open, we called for weeks to make appointments ( patient for 20 years), no one answers the phone or returns calls. Contacted customer service who couldn't understand why phones were not answered( manager was on duty), never heard back! My only thought, we're older now and Aspen figures there's not a lot more money to be made, trust me we've spent thousands over the years! Very upset as we loved Dr. Frank!

I am so disappointed with them. I been calling for two weeks straight and it says leave message. Well I did and still haven't heard a word from them..I been to them a few times. Trying to get in to have dentures made. All I heard was they are under staff, if true then hire more ppl. I want Dr Frank

I went to Aspen years ago and was told I needed 7 root canals. Aspen was going to do them all in 1 visit. It was a nightmare! Every root canal Aspen did has been redone due to incomplete root removal. In addition, I had a crown put in and it is so discolored and yellow compared to my other teeth. My current dentist apologized for the work Aspen did. Don't go to Aspen. There are other options.

The dental staff (dentist, assistants and receptionist) I encountered were veryprofessional, courteous and highly proficient at their jobs. Everything was explained in a vernacular I fully understood.

I came to Waterford Aspen Dental after having some issues with another branch. This location was fantastic! I had teeth pulled 2.5 weeks ago and was unable to wear my temporary dentures. After many trips, phone calls and tears I called Waterford! They got me in the next day, they listened to me and my problem with my dentures and in less than 30 minutes I left with a mouth full of teeth! I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you for everything you did today!
