I'll start with the Waterbury office. An 8 am appt turned into a 10 am appt due to lack of staff. This office could've at least called me and let me know this. I cannot stand when my time is wasted. BY THE WAY, they're still trying to hire a hygienist, so else I get on a waiting list or try another office within their "region". Next stop was was an 8 am appt the following week in Danbury, CT because Waterbury did not have a hygienist....35 miles away!! I arrive for my 8am appt and was told that the hygienist was having a babysitting issue because the child was special needs and that I should come back for 11am. What!?!!???I just drive 35 miles to be told to come back at 11am??????!!!!!! First of all, the receptionist shouldn't reveal any personal information about anyone employed there. Second, why wasn't I contacted, AGAIN, about this lack of staffing????? Let me make the decision to hijack my own personal time! Aspen Dental has a recurring verbal ad as to how much they care about your well being and that they do everything to make sure you're satisfied with your service needs which is a crock. Once I finish with this care, because I've already paid for the total services, I will be finding a dental office that does not treat you like bought livestock.

Worst "dentist" ever. Went for a wisdom tooth, got shamed during the whole visit over the state of my teeth. They didn't pull the tooth, told me all the other things I needed done. Sent me to pay for what I didn't get, and make arrangements for payment for future services I had no intention of getting, where that woman shamed me about payment. I had NOTHING done, yet they want me to make arrangements for FUTURE visits that have nothing to do with why I came. A. Rotten. Wisdom. Tooth. When I FINALLY got an appointment for the tooth, I had to wait 2 weeks, the surgeon asks why I waited so long, cuz he can barely grab it, and proceeds to pull it while I'm screaming that I can still feel it! You're taking a HUGE risk coming here!

I don't have enough words to explain how wonderful and amazing of a dentist Dr. Kesar is! She's unbelievable compassionate and takes her time explaining treatment and all of my options. If you need a dentist, go to her and she'll never let you down!

Great staff at the Chase Ave location. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable, kind, with great sense of humor, and great bedside manner!! They were able to put my mom at ease. Great experience!!

Thaywas very good I didn't feel no pain and everything was explained to me I would not go enywere but there and I still do not have eny problems up this time

I called due to a broken crown in the front of my mouth. They got me in that afternoon, exam done and plan of action was set in place. Very fast and efficient. Nice staff. Would recommend to a friend.

Deserves ZERO stars. DON'T DO IT! Never once have they been on time for an appointment. The entire facility looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. And, they "redid" four of my (perfectly fine) fillings and I have been in extreme pain ever since. Two root canals later, still can't chew hardly anything or drink anything too hot or cold. They've royally messed up my mouth and I hope no one ever has to suffer like this!

Service is great. My only complaint is that Aspen receptionist's told me on my 3rd visit that they don't deal with the state (Ct Medicaid). I cannot afford to continue with Aspen if this is their policy.

I had a toothache Saturday night and used the online schedule to schedule an appointment with Aspen Dental for Tuesday morning. (there were two available Monday afternoon but I did not have child care). Everyone in the Waterbury office was very friendly and helpful. X-rays, which are never fun for me because I have the world's smallest mouth, were made as easy as possible by the tech who did them. Everyone was very nice, the results were explained to me, and a plan was made to treat the issues that were revealed. They explained the financing options and I did not feel rushed at all. I highly recommend them and will be going back!

They are plain and simple scammers. If you don't want to be scammed out hundreds if not thousands of dollars stay away. Their billing is as shady as it could be.

Coming from a heath care background, this is the most ghetto, unprofessional dental office. Have met maybe two heath care professionals here that were respectful and appropriate. Poor customer service relations, inappropriate staff conversations and the previous reviews are correct; they do triple the pricing after consultation byway of phantom treatments. Wouldn't recommend this office if you have other options or care about your teeth.

I called to see if they could cement in my girlfriend's crown. I made it clear she is fresh out of hospital after a c-section and with a day's old newborn whom we won't be able to leave at home so getting it done quickly was important. They said they understood. When we got there she was told they would first have to do a thorough exam and then they may be able to cement her crown later in the day. So much for compassion and understanding.

Do not go here. This place is absolutely terrible. I don't often leave negative reviews, but this place deserves it. They will cancel your appointment without telling you, and refuse to see you. I made a second appointment in office, confirmed it and everything, and yet when I showed up the second time the office is closed, again with no phone call or warning. A complete waste of time. Go somewhere else.

They charge me $358 extra to remove number four tooth arch I would like that looked at the date was 11/17/ 2020

X-ray Tech, Hygienist and Dentist were all lovely and thorough. However, after a two hour visit I was then asked to go and talk to the "billing specialist". I had to wait for 45 minutes before she even was available. Then, she was so incredibly rude that I walked out without booking my appointments to get the work done. She completely put me off using that dental practice. Also lied to me over the phone about out of pocket pricing - I was told a specific price beforehand and then after all of those x-rays, tests, etc...the price was almost tripled.
