This was my first visit to Aspen Dental. I was extremely pleased with how welcome everyone there caused me to feel. I was very pleased with the process of having x-rays taken, the cleaning of my teeth and the oral examination performed by Dr. Montgomery. I look forward to having all of my dental needs taken care of at this office.

Was with my mom when they said financing company they use approved her of $10000.00. Mom was told that they would summit for the first half of her charges of something like $4000.00 then later they would summit to approved financing

They are friendly and when I scheduled and told then I needed a tooth extracted they rescheduled my appointment for earlier so I could get it all done the same day. Staff very friendly and professional. Great job by the dentist. Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you! Will be going back for all my dental needs.

The staff are amazingly friendly and are so loving. I'm happy that they recommended me to be sedated to get my extractions. Huge shout out to the two beautiful ladies that were there and also the kind Doctor. Thank you guys a bunch

Being "old school" as I am, I do not normally leave reviews, however the experience my wife and I have recently had at Aspen has earned them that extra effort. Due to my own health issues over the past year, it was very important that I kept away from any possible infections (my immune system was zero), and knowing this all employees gave me peace of mind during my visits, they would even insist that I stayed in my car, and called me when they were ready for me. Whether it was the reception employees, the doctor or the dental assistants, everyone without exception was polite, friendly and willing to make you comfortable in any way they could. In addition, the cost of our treatment was considerably less that we had been quoted elsewhere, and with flexible plans it made budgeting easier. All in all this was a truly exceptional experience for my wife and I, which left us feeling cared for and more than a little bit special. Thank you.

Waste of time. Scheduled two appointments, both cancelled morning of appointment. I guess having a ''tooth pain emergency' doesn't matter to them. Terrible service.

WOW - from the first call to book an emergency appt to the follow up 2 weeks later. The phone agents were very friendly, the available time was immediate and the staff was super caring. My gold onlay fell out and I only needed it to be cemented back in place. They totally understood what I wanted but also did their professional duty to make sure there was nothing else wrong. They did not take advantage of the chance to create another expensive option for me but genuinely listened to me. Dr Montgomery was super kind and made the visit very comfortable. Unfortunately the cement only held for about a week but they were quick to get me back and try another option of treating the gold so the cement would adhere to it. I was extremely impressed and happy to drive a little farther from home to get such good genuine care.

Got dentures company the day I received them bottom plate didn't fit was lose.they say there's a money back guarantee all they did was doing was making adjustments they knew ridge was barely there. The whole ninty days they just played around. I never did get the plate to ,don't wear it either nor did I get my money back for bottom plate so I'm out bottom teeth an no 299.00 either. Maybe get money back in writing.. I went from happy to crying

The staff was great! Dr was great. One of the office lady's even took my kids into a play room and stayed with them for my entire procedure. Absolutely amazing

Not willing to help because I didn't get my dental work done at the same office but another location is insane. Not how to help patients by forcing them to go out of their way for help.

I went in with knowing I had a tooth that was decaying internally. it went from manageable to unbearable im a span of 3 days. My dentist was unavailable currently and I needed it handled. Called sunday 5/1 and scheduled for 5/3. was in and out within an hour and over the course of 5 hours the pain I was in is gone. Thank you Aspen for the help!

Had a new pt appointment to get my teeth checked and cleaned. Needless to say I will not be returning, didn't make it past the front desk. It started with an eye roll when I declined to fill out an OPTIONAL consent form (because, I did not, in fact consent and it was on the form that I did not have to). Then, to file for insurance they claimed they could not file without SSN. I have never needed it nor do dentists require this to check insurance. DOB works too, but the initial receptionist and whomever else was there got defensive and sassy and I decided it was not worth my time if this is how they treat prospective patients.

Everyone was so kind. I've been bouncing from dentist to dentist ever since my primary dentist retired after covid. I felt this was the first place that took the time to not only explain the entire process to me, but ensure all questions were answered.

SCAM ALERT!!! I scheduled an appointment for an emergency visit because I lost a filling. Called the office to clarify information and was told they cannot fix the filling tomorrow but they will take x-rays, check my gums, and do a comprehensive exam so that they can give me a "comprehensive treatment plan." so I can choose what services I want to accept and what I want to decline. I didn't ask for any treatment plan, gum exam, or any other services except an emergency appointment to get a filling fixed. What a scam! These guys just want to get people in their office to scare them into paying for services they don't need and did not ask for instead of providing the service requested. I have to take time off of my job to get this done and don't have time to go in and not get my issue fixed.

I have found a dentist that I love finally! They do awesome work and are very friendly! I have gone to different dentist offices that have been very rude and just wanted to pull my tooth. Aspen dental was able to fix it so I did not have to lose it. I was very happy with the work they did!

Front tooth filling came out (you'd panic too) South Hills got me in and fixed by lunchtime and my tooth looked better than it did before.

From the moment I walked in, they helped me try to relax. The dentist was great with the shots and the procedure went so much easier than I was expecting. The assistant was very attentive and did her job very well. Would recommend them to anyone!!
