I had the absolute best experience with Dr. Desai! She was very patient with me and made me feel comfortable. I'm typically anxious when I visit the dentist, but not this time around. I'm very thankful that she was able to enhance my smile! Definitely will be returning, 10/10 experience!

Dr. Desai is a ROCKSTAR!! She made me feel comfortable and is very informative. I can tell she truly cares. I was a little anxious due to some childhood dental trauma but I felt at ease with her. I found my new dental home for life!

In a less than desirable situation they took me in same day as I called..dealt with my sour attitude and got the job done!!! Cheaper than anyone else in town....10/10 will recommend!!!

Never going back here again. They opened a dental credit line in my name and charged over 2,000 of fraudulent charges against it which they will not receive a penny for.

There is a reason they are so cheap. My girlfriend and I currently don't have insurance due to our jobs. So we spoke with a guy on the phone and he was very sweet and understanding that our problems with our mouth were urgent. He set us up with a free check up. So we get there and get situated and the doctors aids were making fun of my girlfriends teeth and giggling with another assistant right in the room next to us. What kind of place does that to someone that came their for help? I will not be going back there and thanks for the harassment.

Had to wait too long. Basically they want to rebuild my whole mouth. Only cost $12,000 with insurance $5500. Not for the poor...still pondering how a broken tooth got me here.

Not very impressed. I was in pain. Was there for 2 hours sitting on the chair just to be taken to a lady at the desk to tell me I need all this work done and the cost. Felt like I was at a mechanic. Lucky got an appointment for the neat morning to get 3 teeth removed. The dentist broke each tooth off. Then tried to dig them out. Still leaving a piece in my gum. I was there for 4 hours!!!!!! Telling me it will be ok. Im still swollen and mouth is sore 3 days later. There is no reason why all 3 of my teeth broke. I am not happy. All I wanted was 1 tooth loomed at that caused me pain. But was told I had to have 3 out. It was like being with a shady sales man.

Made an appointment for a crown that came off and was told they can put it back on only to be told that it was gonna be a two day experience Waited for over an hour and then was told they didn't have time

Beware, they will over charge you and refuse to return the money they stole from you after trying to lie to the insurance company! Beyonce is the rudest person there, she states she is the manger and complains about having to work! I had to call corporate to handle this matter, including having to retain an attorney! If you want to be lied to this and stolen from this is the place to be! If not stay away!

Dr chandi is a complete joke. She destroyed my mouth and I have dentures can't use. Way overpriced. The better business bureau and anyone that will listed will hear from me. I will picket the facility telling everyone that Dr chandi will screw you over not caring for anything but money. Destroying your mouth and bank acct.

My sister went there and got a crown put in, it was 1800$ but she liked the service and I thought ok I'll check them out. Unfortunately the crown came out a few months later and when she tried to book emergency appointment they were all full. Didn't care she was in pain or that they couldn't get her in for 3 days. They offered her an antibiotic and a " sorry". Not going here if they don't care that their work is substandard or if they are not at least willing to get you in immediately for a problem they created. Far better to try to work with a dental office where you are not just a number but a real person in crisis!

I am rewriting this for as many times as it gets deleted about 6 years ago I went here to get my wisdom teeth removed I didn't have insurance and paid $4,000 out of pocket I was put to sleep woke up and nothing was removed they told me the drill broke and that they wouldn't refund my money I will continue to write this review every chance I get they literally robbed me and don't perform the service

I called and expected to that I was calling the office in which I was going to . Nope it was a call center. I went through the rigamarow and was told they would send me an e mail with paperwork to fill out prior to my appointment the next day . I was also told that the Washington Missouri office I now had the appointment with would call me shortly to confirm. They repeated my cell # and email back to me . Well no e mail and no call . I just needed a reline, but if they can't do the basics then what else can't they do , then I decided to read reviews. Glad I did .
