DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! If I could give zero starts I would! I went because I live in the Warwick area and thought it would be easier to go to than my previous dentist, but it's WORTH the 30 minute drive over the bridges. The hygienist said I needed a gingivitis treatment (worth $700) but I opted not to do it and only have a standard cleaning. They wouldn't let me do that! I was refusing a treatment and they were not listening to their patient!!!! I went back to my old dentist and he didn't say ANYTHING about gingivitis! Aspen tries to get as much money out of your wallet as possible! I don't care how nice they come across, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

This dental office gave the impression that they have no issue providing expensive and unnecessary services to the consumer at your cost. My wife and I went in for check up and cleaning, and left with a complex set of x-rays, no cleaning and an office visit where the office manager wanted to charge us a total of $750 for two cleanings, a filling and a "gingivitis special clean". We were shocked and he immediately made some adjustments, lowering our payment $200. We felt like we were in a car salesman office. This place is very sketchy and unprofessional.

Aspen Dental's care was good, most staff treated me very nicely and professionally. The only downside is that they tend to add the electric toothbrush and the power flosser to your bill without asking you first, this also happened in my last year's appointment.

These people are not confident as they seem. I'm too smart to be taken advantage of. FIRST, if you have a cracked tooth or anything complicated, I do not recommend this place. They seem to be ONLY interested in getting your money. The dental hygienist and the dentist does not seem confident either. Overall, do not waste your time looking into this place, compare with other dentists and you will the difference in professionalism. They are not professional at all. That applies to the front desk as well.

The dentist that worked on my tooth this morning was very professional and did a great job. It was a front tooth and he matched it really well with my other teeth. Very satisfied with his work and manners.

Excellent service knowledgeable staff Right up front with cost and options. I didn't have insurance so went with necessity right now. Aspen has all my x-rays and a plan when follow up is obtained thru insurance.

Stay away! I am so sorry I ever put my trust in this place. Make sure you look at your charges on your bill. Hygienist gives you a "gift" in a bag after the cleaning, only to charge you over 200 for it. They also charged for services the didn't do. They did correct it, but then tried to charge me for it a month later and when I questioned it, they said they were charging me for a upcoming cleaning that would be in four months. It took 5 times of them trying to get the denture right. Still isn't. Partial was wrong and dentist wouldn't even show it to you in a mirror. I expressed concerns with the final one and he said " It is what it is". I think the dental assistants are the only great thing there. I regret going there.

I am extremely unhappy with the services at Aspen Dental. After being given a treatment plan of well over $4000 for things I did not want (including Invisalign braces), I was in sticker shock. They let me pick and choose what I needed the most. I asked a number of times if my dental insurance was going to cover what they said they were going to cover and they assured me that they ran my insurance and that was going to be the actual bill. Looking at my insurance EOB, Aspen lied to me. 90% of the items they said my insurance covered, did not. Clearly they lied and told me it was covered to say yes to their treatment plan. My $1700 original charge is now turning into a $4000 bill. They are overcharging too! After seeing my EOB, and calling around, they are charging 50% more than what other dentists in the area are charging. The dental assistant that did all my cleaning was a gem (which is boosting the rating) and she made me feel comfortable for the procedures. The dentist however was very unorganized and could not give me the attention that a tooth filling really needed. I could feel like he was not paying attention at all. He was talking to other staff while he was in my mouth drilling away. It is not acceptable for that. Work on one patient at a time. If Aspen rectifies this situation, I will gladly change my review. If a resolution is not found, I will be reaching out to the Attorney Generals office as this is full on bait and switch and I refuse to pay anymore money to Aspen Dental. **UPDATE - 8/3** Turns out the tooth that needed a cavity fill is actually now infected due to the negligence of the dentist. Aspen is taking the right procedure to making sure I don't have to pay for that now. They also have fixed my billing issue although I rather have my credit back in cash, but it is what it is. If you do go - have them put EVERYTHING into your insurance before they do any work. Not just the treatment plan - more like they put in a pre-estimate with your insurance. That why you know what things will ACTUALLY cost before going in. Changing from a 2 star to a 3. But go somewhere else if you have the opportunity.

Been going here for a few years. Recently, they've cancelled last minute and then aren't able to reschedule until months later. This past week, I showed up for my appointment and was informed that the hygienist wouldn't be in until later and they had tried to call me to reschedule. I had no missed calls or messages and in fact had received a confirmation email about an hour prior to my appointment. I would recommend that they become more aware and considerate of their patients' time. May be time to find a new dentist...
