They knowingly scheduled an appointment before my 6-month checkup that is allowed by my insurance and told me to not worry about the charge because they basically made a pointless appointment. They said over three times that they would write off the bill they incorrectly created and now everything is going to my collections. Horrible office staff! Update on the matter: they agreed to waive the entire bill and admitted fault that they misled me with the type of cleaning I was getting, only to send it to a collections agency and now it's in my collections on my credit report and dropped my score by 28 points. Absolutely terrible! When I walked into the office the new front desk lady even advised me to never return again because of how horribly ran this location is being. Don't you ever try going there, they will lie directly to your face and say they will waive unnecessary charges, and when it comes time to send it collections they won't hesitate to do it, just so they can get chump change.

Everyone working in that office from the front desk to the doctora is nothing short of phenomenal! They were extremely kind, supportive and understanding throughout the whole process. I have EXTREME dental anxiety and they were focused on keeping me comfortable and out of both fear and pain, even during the tooth extraction! It's a 45 minute drive for me, and there's another Aspen Dental closer to my house but I would willingly and happily take the drive to get such quality care and compassion. Thank you all for taking care of me today and breaking my fear of dentists! When I need to come back I'm most certainly coming to this location!

This office staff was amazing, they went above and beyond to make my visit incredibly comfortable. Everyone was very empathetic and down to Earth, very hard to find in businesses anymore, let alone medical fields. Highly recommend.

If you want on time service's, this is not the place for you. They have more excuses for delays that you can shake a stick at. They always blame the delays on the dental tech they just got. So not every office has their own dental tech like the commercials say. This office is too slow and they always have an excuse for their delays.

My urgent appointment was supposed to be Monday. The dentist had to move it to Tuesday, okay. So I come Tuesday, and guess what, my appointment was at 11, I got here 15 minutes early and have been waiting almost an hour ! Don't recommend! After this, I asked the woman at the front desk, for the contact of the office manager and she gives me the wrong #. The entire time the staff was walking around and talking behind the front desk, there were at least 4 dentists, or dental assistants standing around doing nothing. This wasted my time and usually I don't leave long reviews but I don't want anyone else to experience this horrible service ! Wish I could give zero stars !

Staff is friendly. But the fact that I would be charged over $200 for a cleaning which is preventative care? Cmon. Tried to sell me a $75 waterpik too without me knowing the cost till I got to the check out desk and told them I didn't want it. Like what? Anything for money these days. Ridiculous

A wonderful place to have all your dental needs met. Both Doctors as well as staff are incredible and on the ball. My dental work was 100 % painless, comfortable and done in a very timely manner.

This place is a complete scam. They will charge you 1k for a first time checkup then say you need 7k of work done immediately. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. There is a PBS article about how predatory this business is. If I could give negative stars, I would.

I had a excruciating tooth ache due to a hole on my tooth. I had put it off for some time until it started hurting intensely out of nowhere. I was able to get an appointment within an hour of them opening for the day. I have anxiety going to dentists but employees at Aspen Dental were beyond amazing! They took really care of me. They were patient and very attentive.

Amazing. I was having EXTREME tooth pain(I basically had a hole in my tooth that had gotten to the point of no return), and I called and got in for an appointment within 3 hours. From there, every staff member I encountered was beyond cheerful, sympathetic and accommodating. They assessed the situation and yanked my tooth out within an hour and I felt so much better immediately. I highly recommend these fine folks!
