I had a great visit today! From my DA, TJ with my X-rays and helping me through my pain as well as explaining things to me. The dental hygienist Tiffany was very pleasant and explained things to me as well. The dentist Dr Pickard explained things thoroughly to me, which I appreciated very much. Sometimes dental appointments can be intimidating but they all made sure to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it. The office manager Rhea was so sweet and informative as well! I enjoyed my visit as a new patient today!

I'm ranking low due to the 3 hours it took. The wait time was excruciating. Everyone was so nice, except one of the ladies at the front desk. She needs to be retrained in customer skills.

On my journey at aspen dental I meet the most awesome people. Dr Pickard is so awesome and I was so comfortable with him coaching me through my procedure. He was so patient with me and explained everything very well. I would like to also thank Tiffany ,Bailee, Sheila . A special thanks to Rhea. She is a wonderful person and explain everything you've already received and what you need and the cost of the entire procedure. Last but not least Jaunita is hard working ,fast and know how to assist people and very nice and intelligent. Keeps a smile on her face. I know she was very patient with me and was happy to be at work. Thanks Aspen Dental for taking are of my needs.

I only made and appointment because they are in network for my insurance. I expected a longer appointment for my first visit. This is ridiculous. My appointment was at 10:30. At 11 they did my x-rays. at 1:30 I am finally leaving. This long for a simple new patient visit foe a cleaning is ridiculous. They also seemed confused that I was just there for a simple cleaning. Like, isn't that what I'm suppose to do?? My glasses were smeared (even with protective glasses over them). And they kept trying to sell me a $135 electric toothbrush. I have good teeth. No bone loss. One crown. I've never even had braces. So why did I leave a cleaning with my mouth hurting? Three hours later, and I still hurt. And so much for privacy. The receptionist kept calling insurance companies using her speaker phone. Everyone in the lobby could hear it. She was verbally answering the automated system. Not going back.

Thumbs up to the following awesome individual who took care of me . Customer service is over and beyond. Dr. Pickard who go over each and every concern i got with no judgement. Megan who did explain every step she's doing and make sure that i am comfortable. Ria/Rhea : Very patient on explaining details regarding insurance and " what not"; out of pocket and " what not"; making sure that i fully understood the process and everything. Thank you all for these great experience.

Their customer services sucks. They will quote you one price and then charge you another price. if they even bill your insurance its not what they quoted, then say you owe hundreds of dollars, and they will do unnecessary dental work when more important things need to be done. Their dental assistants do not know what they are doing and are left unattended to work in patients mouths. The dentist had to fix the crown one of them did in my mouth because it was jacked up. Their website claims that they are open till 5pm but they close at 4pm. I owe yall money but obvs you don't want it. my advice do not go here you will regret it.

I only have one negative thing to express. The unexpected costly procedures are annoying. You're going in for one thing and then told you need this and that done. My insurance barely covers anything I need so I'm paying 90% out of pocket. I'm almost finished with invisalign and I'm happy about that. My teeth are looking great, now on to the final steps.

Brooke and the Ladies at the front desk made it very plain and explained in detail what and how the process would go... looking forward to doing the 2nd and 3rd phases of my procedure done thanks ladies ..

This was my first visit to Aspen Dental and it was awesome! Sheila made the process smooth, easy and enjoyable and Megan and Dr. Pickard were the epitome of professionalism and courtesy. I had a hard stop for a meeting and they were even considerate of that. I highly recommend Aspen Dental!

Dr. Pickard is soothing, and that is important when you are having anxiety in a dentist chair. His assistant today held my hand for added support. Great team.

I have not been able to eat for more than six(6) months, though I have paid for the services and made many scheduled appointments l have been told that I need to get a unaffordable hygiene process and reschedule for another day.(over six(6) months " come on. I been told buy dentures ware patient's that's unusual. Is there any other dentistry that I can get to consider my situation. HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TOO EAT!

I absolutely hate the dentist....I mean hate is not even a strong enough word for how I feel about going to the dentist. The staff and the dentist was amazing. They made me feel safe and was actually wanting to listen and help. Thank you all so very much

My husband was told when I made the appointment he would have dentures in a month now it has turned into 3 months do not go if they don't have an internal lab.
