Started out good had some scheduling issues but overall did a good job got me in to clean teeth so I was happy about that look forward to the next visit

I arrived for a 3 PM appointment at 2:45 PM to find the door locked. They wouldn't open the front door although we can see several people in the waiting room. Finally after knocking on the window several times, they opened the door to say we are in training until 3 PM. A note on the front door would have been helpful. Unacceptable to just ignore patients who are standing there. This needs improvement.

I had my first visit at Aspen 9 mile and everyone was so kind and explained everything. Dr. O is fantastic. She is very caring and ensured her staff and I were understanding of the plan by sharing the it with all of us at once.

Hygienists are awesome and so is Dr T. He always has funny jokes. The whole atmosphere is good vibes only. I was also given a warm welcome at the front desk.

Had two teeth pulled, some bridge preparing work done. I am telling you Mr T and his staff are the best. Pain wasn't in the office. Thank you so much for the work you did. See you in 2 weeks.

The reception was welcoming at both arrivals. I had dentures repaired. I am pleased with the work that was done. Neat, clean & comfortable. This was the second time the denture broke once in March 2023 & again Sept 21. I felt the repair cost was steep.

I have trigeminal neuralgia which can make dental extraction more challenging and my dentist and staff were very kind and competent

I have been going to the Fort Walton Beach location for a few years and have always been very happy but my last visit was AMAZING. Everyone was so patient and kind. I am terrified of the dentist and have had nothing but good experiences here.

Every single staff member there is absolutely amazing! They all made me super comfortable (I was a nervous wreck) and really spent time taking care of me! I highly recommend Aspen Dental!

These people went above and beyond. I got to the office a few minutes after they closed. As someone (an employee) left, I asked if I could just ask a few questions. The lady asked the receptionist, who smiled an waved me inside. He was very friendly and told me what I needed to know and then introduced the dentist, who was also very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to retrieve information from another Aspen office that I visited two years ago. The receptionist then made an appointment for me--and again, this is all after closing when they could have sent me on my way right from the start. I went for my appointment today. Again, everyone was lovely and willing to work with me on some things. The shining star is Dr Chandler Pritchett. She's terrific! She's smart and alert, as well as just plain nice. So... Thumbs Up

They were absolutely wonderful yesterday I got there 5 minutes late and they still saw me which I was so grateful for because I had a broken tooth and a cavity and I was in a lot of pain and they got me in there quickly took care of me to got all my x-rays and it was very reasonable price I was really kind of shocked I was expected to pay a lot more the doctor came in explained it everything he was friendly outspoken great doctor but he was a matter of fact about the neglect I've done to my mouth and and completely honest about the dentures I needed and and so forth and and he didn't do it in a rude way he was actually a joy to be around even though I was in pain but everybody was wonderful all the way up to the minute I walked out the door they were awesome best dentist I've been to and a while

I was amazed at how fantastic this place is. I went in for a deep cleaning and the hygienist made it very comfortable and easy for me. She explained every step of the way and was gentle and patient. I highly recommend!

Had a much better time here than the other dental clinic I went to. I felt all of my concerns were heard and taken care of! Highly recommend!
