Great service, I was expecting Regular service regular dentist office when I walked in I was greeted graciously the office was clean the staff was amazing it took their time explained everything to me and my wife just the best absolute best best experience ever had a dentist office

It is about the receptionist management. The worse !!! All they can say "I am sorry " that doesn't help you with anything and will schedule you for another month or ask you are you still want to do it ?! Very disappointed and I will not advise to go to this office, if you have another option please visit somewhere else since the beginning. The dentist and the assistance are professional and I am very thankful to them but I am very disappointed on the management office.

Seems like they have potential to do better. Trying to book an appointment for a follow up or even to see the Dr. Is like pulling a tooth with them (pun intended). My girlfriend has been going there for awhile now and it's becoming unprofessional and disrespectful when they cancel every appointment last minute. The receptionist even said one time to her that since she's a nurse that it's her fault that her availability is limited. She has an Invisalign treatment with Aspen dental and they're beating around the bush with the treatment plan...it's absurd. Normally I wouldn't write a review but this place is by far one of the most unprofessional places I've seen/heard of. I actually work in 2 dental offices. And the service they're providing my girlfriend is very unprofessional. She wants to switch dental offices but can't because her Invisalign treatment started there. They even tried to make her pay out of pocket for a claim they forgot to submit to insurance from 3 years ago. How does that make sense? They couldn't even tell her what the payment is for? Just going forward I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Just based off our experience there, it has been overwhelming to say the least.

Perfect clean. Breath was super fresh and healthy by next day and the staff was professional and calm. Not aggressive and normal. Awesome location in Massachusetts. Happy to keep Aspen dental. The don't use predatory sale tactics.

Staff is very welcoming, professional, and patient. Dentist, and assistants, very willing to answer questions, and the dentist, ( sorry for forgetting his name), was very thorough in explaining my treatment plan, and the reason for it. I am very pleased to have my dental hygeine continued at Aspen.

I would never go here again!!! Gave them my Anthem BCBS card 1st visit, they took a copy back in early 2020 and found out they were billing BCBS of MA. I have spoken with so many people there in billing, given them the correct information and yet they don't know how too bill my visit. I called Anthem BCBC and had a man contact them, giving them the information necessary too bill my dental claim and I received my 5th call from Aspen Dental today asking again or the information requesting the information. I have done medical/dental billing for over 30 years, this company is so incompetent it is disgraceful!!!!

I came here because I had a bad fall in which a chipped my tooth and developed some jaw pain. Rather than help me with those two issues the dentist at Aspen cared more about trying to sign me up for Invisalign and buy special kinds of fluoride. Finally instead having an oral surgeon in staff they cram all of their surgeries into one day each month and being some random man into to do them en masse. When I pushed back about the jaw pain they said it would go away on its own (it didn't). They also told me the chip in my front tooth was small chip in my front tooth was fine and there wouldn't be any more chipping. Today half of my front tooth fell off. Finally instead having an oral surgeon in staff they cram all of their surgeries into one day each month and being some random man into to do them en masse. Moral of the story is that Aspect Dental does not want to treat you they just want to find more ways to take your money and even if it means ignoring or lying to you about your actual problems.

Wonderful experience. My back molar has been hurting me. The throbbing pain was unbearable. My family dentist had cancelled my last 2 appointments due to Covid and staffing issues. I was in an emergency situation and the staff at Aspen dental were amazing. Not only did they fast track my appointment but they were kind, affordable and thorough. X-rays showed that my molar was cracked and beyond repair. They pulled it and prescribed me antibiotics. They also followed exemplary Covid protocol. I am extremely thankful to Dr. Jhamb and his staff at the Waltham Aspen Dental!!!

Loved this office. Everyone from the front desk to the business office were knowledgeable, fast and super friendly. Kudos to the hygienist in particular (his name escapes me) but he was super knowledgeable and efficient. Couldn't ask for a better visit.

I came to aspen as I a flying to Europe within a week, I lost my lower denture. My usual dentist could not replace it in a timely fashion . On arriving at the Waltham aspen, I found all the staff to be courteous and helpful. From the reception area to the clinical staff and billing. Dr. Modar Al-Roomi and technician are amazing so friendly professional. I can't thank them enough.

Long wait just to get into my appointment. And then continued to wait long between speaking to various staff. And once staff did show up it felt very impersonal and quick as if they were just rushing to get done.

I had an appointment for a dental impression to be made.. The dental assistant was going to do it but it was painful so she had the dentist do it. He Ussed a topical anesthetic on the painful areas so that it would not hurt to do the impressions. I had to wait till he finished with his current patient to do my impressions. He was very gentle and it was only a couple of minutes of waiting before he had the impression completely finished:-) Great group of people to have as your dentist office!

Today I visited to aspen dental but but i have no good experience, dr told us to he able to remove my wisdom teeth but he can't now he suggested to surgeon I have lots of pain and swelling because of him I'm not happy with aspen dental.
