The worst! I went to Aspen on October 24, 2022 after having a crown come off. I arrived about 5 minutes before my appointment at 4:00 PM. I waited until about 4:30 and was then taken in for the full 3D Xrays. Then waited. Finally saw the dentist somewhere between 5 and 5:30. He disappeared several times and finally recemented the crown. I did not get out of there until after 6:30 PM. Got an email the next day saying to call the office to go over my full dental plan. In the meantime, the crown fell off again less than 24 hours after he recemented it. I called them every day for a week and got vmail each time leaving a detailed message and asking someone to call me back. I have given up and found another dentist. No calls returned. Do yourself a favor and avoid this practice at all costs! Oh, and Aspen, I won't be paying you for your Xrays and have notified my insurance company to deny any claims that you submit.

I think I Had Dr Sarah, she was absolutely amazing, I dont like my teeth being messed with but she made sure I was OK and checked on me through out the whole process. As far as making things better, I think they need to get better hygiene equipment. I have asthma and was laying flat, and half the time the water was getting sprayed up my nose and all over my face. The man who cleaned them was really really nice, and laid out a plan for my teeth. But I do think they need a better layout for cleaning lol, or atleast just the sprayer for the water. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience!!

After taking a couple thousand dollars. They will not finish the job. Hidden fees In their bill. Wish I went somewhere else. Now I don't have money for dentures. Rip off. Update since August. No one has bothered to call me. I've totally paid for my upper set. Yet they won't make and I only have the so called temporary set. He just wanted to keep adding pad instead of make the set. Now that it's long past 90days. I can't get refund... Thanks aspen. I haven't been able to eat solid food for a year now . I don't remember when my teeth were pulled.

Went in for emergency tooth pain on a Monday scheduled for 4:30 pm couldn't do anything for me because I was scheduled to close to closing time so they had to reshedule me the next day at 11:30, sat in the chair waiting for service till 1:30 after most Dr s left for the day, I got upset I should have been done with my service, not just sittingfor over 2 hrs waiting in the chair, got my refund and left.back to looking for a dentist .

Where do I start? I was in a tremendous amount of pain, could not sleep, my entire face was hurting. I immediately googled emergency dental care and was so thankful to be guided to Aspen Dental. From the initial contact on the phone (around 11pm) helping me with an appointment (which was the next morning at 7:30am) to the warm greeting at reception ,easy check in, the Wake Forest location is phenomenal, they are friendly, professional, intelligent, and you get the sense that they really care about your health and longevity of the teeth. I was able to get a wisdom tooth extracted that had a cavity on it the SAME DAY. The procedure was performed smoothly and seamlessIy by Dr Sara. I have had a previous consult for wisdom teeth at a different dental practice in Cary and with my insurance the price at Aspen compared was AMAZING, I couldn't believe it. Each and every person I encountered was very helpful. The facility is clean and comfortable. I will definitely be going back for my cleanings and the suggested services. 10/10 highly recommend! Thank you!

I visted aspen dental 2months ago.before the see the problems they took 12 xray pictures.staff was nice and friendly.they told me and i have to get my pervious record feom my other dental place and they haven't call me and they makde me waite 2 week and no answer because the job is so small and they keep marking me run around and i cant trust them but in the end they dont do a good job taking care of cuatomer I do not recommend this place and rhey bought theirs starts

I wish there were more than 5 stars. I am petrified of the dentist. I got an emergent appointment bc of an acute issue. I was in SEVERE pain. Everyone from the front desk to the Dr. S, the dental assistants and the 2nd doctor (she was a female and I cannot remember her name) were so caring, compassionate and understanding. I am not the easiest person to deal with when I'm in as much pain as I was. They were all fantastic. Since they were working me in, I had a little wait in between my exam and my procedure. The 2nd dentist recognized my distress and numbed me up just so I could have relief while I waited. I cannot say enough. They were so busy but did not allow that to affect the care they delivered. I will now call this my dental "home". They made a terrible situation tolerable. Thank you Dr. S and your partner and entire team at Aspen Dental in Wake Forest, NC. I will never forget the compassion and grace at a time when I needed it the most. You truly made this nurse change her opinion of dental visits and will have a compliant and lifelong patient as long as you'll have me. Thank you!

I went to Aspen as a new patient with a complaint of intense tooth pain that was keeping me from sleeping. I was left waiting, misdiagnosed, and given an expensive treatment plan that would not help me. After an hour of waiting, I had 2 and a half hours of X-rays. I was informed it was probably Gingivitis and my Wisdom Teeth sitting on a nerve, but my wisdom teeth have always been sitting on that nerve. They took me to a lounge to wait to hear my options, then promptly forgot about me for another 45 minutes. After listening to my options for a half hour, I was offered no pain management or solutions, and told that the surgeon was scheduling a month out. Keep in mind, I hadn't slept in three days because of the pain. I told them I'd need to talk to my manager before scheduling my next appointment, especially since I had to pay half up front, and went home to check with my manager. When I called back, less than half an hour after getting home, I was told they couldn't schedule the first visit in a series of treatments until they "Spoke with me about my options." I said I had already been informed of my options, and they said they couldn't help me but that someone would call me back by the next morning to "discuss options." No one ever called. The pain got so much worse the next night that I couldn't eat. I tried to call their after hours for existing patients, which at that point I was. I was informed I'd get a call back from somebody within 20 minutes, and if not, to call again. I did, and was told I would not receive a call until the office opened at 9am. I informed them this was an emergency. I was told there was nothing they could do. In the morning, I did not receive a call. I saw another dentist on an emergency basis, who immediately identified the source of the pain as an infection of one of my teeth. And he didn't need three hours of x-rays to see it. An hour later I had amoxycillin to treat the infection and a number to call to schedule a root canal. Not only will I never return to Aspen Dental, I will tell everyone I know and even strangers to stay away. I would have still been in pain and things would have gotten far worse, all while my wallet was bled dry, if I'd stayed with Aspen Dental.
