Everything about aspen dental was easy. Was able to make the apt for when I needed and they explain everything step by step. My dental assistant Kelly Krum was great. Down to earth and made it fun.

Very helpful staff, went in with major tooth pain and they found me a solution within one day and were able to get me in to get things started the following day. Wonderful and friendly team!

These people dont know their left from their right hands. MY husband go his impressions and then waited 3 weeks. No one called to schedule or update him. So he called them. He has to go in for a fitting of WAX dentures and then wait for permanent. They didnt tell him any of this. A bunch of chickens withtheir heads cut off.

Hi, I just wanted to say how great the staff were at Aspen! My mother has dementia .They were so good with her. They were very patient and caring . I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much.

My initial experience a week ago was very good but today made it outstanding. I have dealt with cleanings for years that require "deep cleaning" with numbing process. In all my experiences none have been so pain free as what my experience was today. Thank you Taha, you are a fantastic hygienist and you are appreciated!

I was told that they didn't take MA when I called, yet scheduled an appointment for me, later telling me that I didn't qualify for there on payment plans

The staff is very awesome and made me feel welcome and comfortable from the first phone call. I am new to dentures and they kept me well informed during the whole thing. They are very caring and I feel they truly want the best for you. They have been very patient with me while I get through the process of getting my dentures to fit correctly. Love these folks.they are the best!

to be honest my appointment the 7/26/2021 that was a really bad experience I am totally disappointed about this place I won recommend this clinic they only care about the money money not costumer satisfaction

Friendly service and got started on time. Unfortunately my appointment took longer than I thought it should. The hygienist was called away 2 different times to attend to another patient. Not had this at past dentists. Once they start with you they stayed until they were done.

Made my boyfriend an appointment here because he was suffering bad tooth pain and the staff was great. No judgement and they we're very friendly. Each member of staff we dealt with made a stressful time more enjoyable with their humor and professional knowledge. Would definitely recommend if you're unsure of where to go

They always give you options on what to do with fixing tooth problems and financial options to pay for dental visits. They also are good about what I want to do with my teeth and don't force me into something I don't want to do. They are also a really professional business. This is my second visit and I will keep going.

Brittany is the very best dental hygienist! My wife and I feel she is the one constant about the Owatonna location and the reason we go there. Also Shelby who is their finance guru in Owatonna is fantastic to work with. She is kind and understanding. Thank you ladies.

Staff was fine and my cleaning was what I expected. However the dentist spent maybe 45 seconds with me and I felt like I was forced into the procedures that he said I needed without any input from me. Calling to confirm the appointment was also a complete joke. I called seven times during business hours and they never answered but I kept getting texts and emails saying I needed to call to confirm. An online confirmation system option would make things much easier.
