I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience. I am getting lower dental implants and Doctor Tran and all the other specialists are skilled and caring beyond words. They do nothing shabby and want you to be comfortable and happy with their procedures. Everything is explained and you are absolutely in good hands. The staff is always pleasant and Erica, the finance Manager is caring and try's very hard, working with insurance and such. I highly recommend Aspen Dental and look forward to my new smile !

New patient visit. Tooth pain so semi emergency. They got me in the same day and even though the staff had to stay late they extracted the tooth. AND the visit was very reasonably priced. Dr Tran must be an empath:). Would recommend without reservation to anyone.

I had good experience with Ms. Jaylynn . She excellent customer service at all times and very detailed on explaining things to about my Dentures. Keep the good work. I would recommend anyone to go to this dental office. Cortez Rd.

Dr Tran is the best dentist I've ever been to. He is patient, kind and very knowledgeable. He really cares and is so relaxed and makes you feel at ease. I have had many not so great experiences with other dentists and dental practices so I was really happy when Dr. Tran started at Aspen Dental. He's the only dentist who was ever able to fix my mouth issues & is really detailed precise which makes him a great dentist. I highly recommend.

I accompanied my 80 yr old mother to the Cortez location and was impressed immediately upon arrival. The office manager Erica took it upon herself to put my mother at ease with her anxiety. I especially appreciated how patient she was in answering all her questions regardless how many times my mother asked the same question. Dr. Tran was also phenomenal. They made my mother very comfortable. That said, if mom is happy, I'm happier! Thank you!

Aspen Dental on Cortex Road in the Lowe's Plaza in Bradenton really helped me in a time of need when several other dentist and establishments turned me away. They treated me with the utmost respect, got my broken tooth problem resolved right away, and did it all with great financing and payment options. I was duly impressed. It has been years since I was treated this well at the dentist's office. I can recommend this office WITHOUT reservation and I will tell all my friends and acquaintances about the exceptional quality of service I received. And I am now their best customer. Go Aspen Dental, KUDOS!

Not very prompt Leave you waiting in chair a very long time They are very expensive also Had no idea dentures could cost so much Seems like Erika is the only one that seems to know what's going on

Thank you for taking me in right away. My plate cracked and they took me in and I came back in a few hours and it was ready. Everyone was very friendly.

I had a wonderful experience until it came to my partials. I was suppose to have gotten them in August. It is October I still have not received them. I have called to try and find out what is going on. No calls back.

I am new to Aspen Dental. They we're very helpful helping me get financing to take care of what I needed to take care of. The dentist seems very nice. I just starting this journey to see how they are with everything. But so far it's been a pleasant experience

Went in got an exam and x-rays. Got all four wisdom teeth extracted at once with no pain or issues after 10+ years of them being broke. Doctor Vu Tran was nice and got them out in no time. And the assistant was super nice too. Over priced not going back

Courteous from 1st visit throughout treatment process. Despite having much to do to get end result Dentist and all staff explained things and were comforting throughout. One more appointment and goal nearly achieved. Thank you

Aspen Dental on Cortez Rd, Bradenton, FL is the worst dental office we have ever been seen at. Erica Halvorsen, the office manager, is rude, condescending, and not helpful. She will talk down at you and hangs up on you. Don't go to this office. Would not recommend this place ever!! I wouldn't even rate this place a one star except it requires it.

A dental office without the dental office feel. Breaking the old world environment of that cold feel, smell & serious personalities...this place is surrounded by warm & comforting earth tone colors, TV's at every chair & enthusiastic staff. I had a major procedure done & felt as comfortable as I would in my own home. Thank you for giving my smile back, with many more to come!

My wife has tried two different locations. The first one (University)actually rescheduled her appointment because there was another patient who would bring in more money than her and this was told to us by an employee who recommended going to a different practice entirely and then the second location (Bradenton) will not treat you unless you had all X-rays done with them even if you just had them done with another practice. They will not accept records from other doctors offices regardless of time frame. Worst dental practice we've ever been apart of.

Aspen dentist place in Bradenton is bad I guess I didn't have insurance last time I went there but they told me come they said I had insurance So I go in today they wanted other $175 Because I had insurance last time I came in so they are not going to give me free X-ray and whatever I supposed to get free because I had insurance So now I lost $100 plus they are going to after me with $175 no service done .. I want to put in bad customer review the place Don't go there They are ignorant people and rude people work there..I talked Manager she was very rude also they don't care about people they just want money
