I do not recommend this place at all very unprofessional!! Also they scedule people for 7am knowing they dont open til 8am so your left waiting outside for 1 hour just to be rescheduled!!!! Runnnnnn from this Virginia beach location office!

Had a broken tooth on a work trip. They were able to fit me in quickly and easily to patch the broken tooth. Staff is all very friendly!

Really amazing experience from check in to check out. An amazing staff all around. You will get the most thorough exam bar none. A very welcoming and comforting experience, it's never easy to go to the dentist but they will put your mind at ease, it's not like pulling teeth (sorry for the dad joke).

The staff at the Hilltop office are great. But it is next to impossible to get someone to return your calls to make appointments. Have called 3 times and left messages to try to schedule an appointment for a problem with a recent implant. Feel this is a corporate issue.

Went in to be seen for a broken tooth that needed to be extracted. They were prompt, courteous and professional with the free consultation of all the work I would need done and worked out a payment plan that would meet my needs.

This is my first time in a while that I really felt comfortable at a dentist office, especially Aldred the (DA), he was professional and concerned about my comfort, thank you Aldred. The team of Dr. Navatto, and Brianna, the (HYG) eased any apprehension I may have experienced prior to exam. Thank you all.

I didn't wait long. The hygienist was really nice and patient. She made sure I was comfortable. I enjoyed my experience with them and I hate the dentist but I wasn't scared and at ease with Aspen Dental. Also their place is really nice and clean

Amazing staff and services as well. Each individual had an amazing attitude and was very professional. It's obvious at Aspen Dental on first colonial everyone takes pride in their work as well as making sure the patient has a pleasant experience. I will be back for my follow ups and greatly appreciate their services and all they do.

I am 74 years old (or young) and my visit to Aspen Dental was impressive. I have never, in all my years, had an oral exam that was as detailed as today's visit to Aspen Dental.

The staff here was amazing and very friendly. Dr. Navatto did my checkup and explained in detail what I needed in terms that I can understand. The checkout process what detailed and went over everything they suggest and I can choose what I wanted to do at that time and was not pressured to do anything more. Thanks for the great service.

If I could give a zero I would. I called the office and spoke to the appointment line explaining that my three year old daughter had been in pain all night long and was crying aneverything because her mouth hurt badly. She put me in the system for qn appointment in June but explained that was just to get me in the system. Told me the only location in the area that would see her was in Virginia Beach which was an hour from me but that they took walking. I freaking get to this office and they say they close at 1pm. Office hours online for Saturday say 3 pm. But they can't see her. And my daughter is still in horrible pain after sitting in the car for an hour drive for no reason.

Walked in at 7am with an infected tooth and was seen immediately. I was fixed and out the door by 8am with no pain.
