Dr Hill and the entire staff are fantastic. Fun to work with and you feel you're in great hands. My dental work was extensive and long hours in the chairs over many visits but Dr Hill and the dental technicians made sure that I was comfortable and not experiencing any pain or discomfort.. Dr Hill took time to explain each procedure to ensure I knew what the expected results would be. I'm Dr. Hill's patient for good as a recents new comer it was nice to find a great Dentist first thing. Thank you Dr Hill and Staff.

Had and emergency... pain was a 12 out of 10. Had never been seen at Aspen and they got me right in! Dr. Hill made quick work of my pain and resolved the issue in just over an hour! Amazed by the friendliness and compassion of the staff. I would highly recommend Dr Hill and her staff!

BEWARE!!! I had a broken wisdom tooth on the lower right side that needed to be pulled. They informed me that the left side wisdom tooth needed to pulled as well. Both molars next to those had crowns. Dr. Ahmadi managed to "accidentally" pop both off. What do you expect when you use a crowned tooth for "leverage"? The other one she "barely touched". Accepted ZERO responsibility and lied to corporate saying it never happened. That means I get to eat the cost of two crowns and all the prep work fees. Mind you, I had those crowns for YEARS and didn't have a single problem with them. Until this dentist got in my mouth. To say I'm mad is an understatement. I didn't expect them to lie, that's for sure.

Went in with an unhealthy fear of dental procedures due to a bad experience. Walked out happy. 10 stars, very polite and professional staff. And, best part, the orthodontal surgeon that did my root canal had a great sense of humor. Had me smiling and laughing even though I was low key scared to death.

We live in Corpus Christi which is a hour and 20 minutes away. That being said we make decide to make the drive to Victoria. The Aspen Dental crew is always so friendly!

Took over a week to get an appt due to staff shortages. Website wants you to fill out 8 pages of forms. Upon arrival 10 before appt time front desk clerk did not know what to do with them. Wanted me to fill it all the information again on a tablet. Several persons who had come in after signing in were treated long before me still while I was waiting. I was told on three occasions it would only be a couple of minutes more. After waiting an hour I left, and was never seen or treated. If I get billed for non-service they will receive a bill for my time as well. One other thing, Do Not sit in the chair next to the plant in the corner of the waiting room. You will be swarmed by insects.

Dr. Hill and her staff were all so great for my first time back to a dentist in years. I was terrified even just to do xrays and an exam and everyone was so gentle and understood my fear. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I am having a tooth extracted on Monday, so we'll see how that goes.

Went on to have a tooth extracted and Dr. Hill made sure I felt NO PAIN. Even the injections to numb me were so minimally invasive, I barely knew when it was happening. After some tugging and pulling, the bad tooth was free and so was I. Easiest extraction of my two I have had bu dentists. Dr. Hill has the absolute best bedside manner and understands your fears. Thank you Dr. Hill at Aspen Dental for bringing me relief and working with me financially.

Pretty decent dentistry, the dentist assist were very sweet and kind, good customer service. Unfortunately there are two expensive even for the average Joe.

The experience was great! The wait(we are all busy!), not so much BUT definitely worth it after meeting Dr. Hill. She was so sweet and compassionate with me. The staff is amazing and super helpful especially the front desk manager!! Thank you, guys! -Mrs. Plant

My initial impression was good everyone was very kind and helpful, I had missed a previous appointment due to a horrible family emergency so was able to reschedule later on in the month, I was in severe pain and got no treatment no antibiotics nothing, next was my appointment for a tooth extraction I was adamant about which tooth was extremely infected and needed it pulled, I come home and find they pulled a entire different tooth and not the one I asked to be pulled, I have been in severe pain as I had oral surgery and have stitches and a extreme infection still due to the wrong tooth being pulled, I was told to take ibuprofen and tylenol and I would be find however that's not the case I'm in severe pain and don't know what to do at this point. I'm very upset and to top all this off they gave me a quote of over 15,000 dollars to have all my teeth fixed when I read over the paper work its tons of unnecessary things like veneers and other extremely over the top work I know I don't need. I also applied for the care credit threw aspen and they charged my accounts before I was able to even have my procedure done. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Very friendly staff. Easy scheduling and I had the most pleasant experience all around. This place is non judgmental on everything from the condition of your mouth to your wallet. I was treated with respect and the prices are very competitive and not overpriced. The dr seems very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Highly recommend
