Have not even gone there yet and already frustrated with them. Tried to schedule to see an oral surgeon but was told earliest would be next month - mid month to be exact since the oral surgeon comes once a month. Okay? then can I book an appt then, and they said nope because they don't know what date the p oral surgeon would come. Okkaayy??? so what? do we get on a waiting list? are you going to call us back??? they were like nope you just call in a few weeks and see if we have a date or not....so we aren't guarantee to be able to book an appt then? because the oral surgeon comes once a month and you don't have a date, nor even a timeline when I should call back? so I am supposed to call every single week to see if you have a date already for when the surgeon will be in town??? what???? Something gotta change with how you guys run your operation.

If I could give 0 stars I would. 1 is appropriate because Steve the technician that did my cleaning is fantastic and their saving grace. I was charged for services that I did not receive! (Check your bill) I was referred to an oral surgeon that they have onsite. Asked several times if they are in-network for insurance and they said yes. Made an appointment and received several phone calls asking me to come in early to the point of near harassment,to which I declined. (Made appointment after work and they wanted me to come in early for the convenience of the doctor) After completion of my 3 minute visit,I was told that I owed over $300 for the flouride treatment that I did not receive and the consultation. I fought it and after several phone calls and a visit, they dropped it. I chipped a tooth...and went against my judgement and called them to get it repaired. Went to the appointment...saw the dentist for 1 minute..was told that I have to schedule another appointment to come back and have the quirk done. That was my last straw since I had to pay almost $90 out of pocket for the dentist to tell me he could replace the filling or put a crown in for a total of $1200!! ($550 would be out of pocket) Spoke with my insurance and they said they should have only charged what the insurance pays for a visit which is $40!!! I only get 2 office visits a year and because when I first went there..I called to schedule a cleaning..they told me it was an assessment and I had to make another appointment for the actual cleaning! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!! VISIT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

This office seems to run some kind of scam. While some of the staff are nice, they always look for a way to bill you hundreds of dollars for even the most routine stuff. I went in for a simple cleaning and was then told I need a filling in conjunction with the cleaning. I ended up getting charged over $900 out of pocket AFTER my insurance was applied for cleaning and filling! To add insult to injury, after the filling I started having toothache where the filling was done, which I never had prior to the so-called filling that I didn't ask for. The pain has been so severe that I had to return to the office several times to complain - all they did was prescribe pain relievers. Then they tell me I need a root canal, which is $177 out of pocket, after my insurance is applied (it is $1296 prior to insurance). I show up to have the root canal done and suddenly they hit me with an out of pocket bill of $789, which they require I pay before the procedure. Shocked at the bait and switch, they begin to explain that it is necessary to have a crown in conjunction with the root canal, hence the charge. I end up waking out without doing the procedure. I have family members who have had root canals done and they weren't forced into having a crown done as part of the procedure. This pattern of excessive hundred of dollars of surprise billing also happened with people I know who visited the clinic. I've had it with the office. I really think they need to be investigated by the Attorney General's Office.
