William, Diana, Dr. Alverez we're great for our first visit. We have a plan, scheduled work and financing all at one visit. We also met a girl who performed the casting (unfortunately we can't recall her name. Sorry) was extremely nice. So far so good.

Dr. Alvarez was accommodating, kind, and understanding of my situation. I had a unique situation that required an innovative solution and Dr. Alvarez went out of his way to accommodate my time frame and go above and beyond to fix my smile. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Definitely the best dental experience I have encountered.

Getting through on the phone to make an appointment was a bit crazy. Took 3 calls to finally get through. Better g in pain with an infection and still couldn't get an appointment for a week. Once I finally was seen at my appointment everything went smoothly. And everyone was nice and accommodating.

I recently went to my dentist, aspen and asked for copies of my xrays and they said they never give out copies of xrays. Then they thought I was crazy bc I was angry. All of a sudden a nurse says "you have an appointment today for cleaning" which was totally false. So I just looked up the law and by law they are required to give copies of everything. Shame on you Aspen

Do not trust this establishment WHATSOEVER! They bait and switch treatment plans, lie, overbook, underserve and are fraudsters!

Absolutely great! The hygienist was wonderful completely painless periodontal treatment which I had been dreading; the support staff and Dr. Ackerman continued caring for me with absolute concern for my comfort and getting the additional work needed done painlessly. What really impressed me was the interaction of doctor/staff and all staff members among themselves. Every interaction included a please, thank you, etc total respect among professionals the like of which I have never witnessed before and it was given to me and all other patients as well. Best dental experience ever in my 75 years.

The staff are extremely attentive, kind and sooooo sweet ! They made me feel like I was part of the team. When it came down to the service there was no wait time at all for me , and for the first time in my LIFE my teeth cleaning was spotless, thank you Willams !!!! Dr Alvarez goes above and beyond , he's accommodating and assuring which really keeps my nerves at bay, my wisdoms having been giving me problems and i just can't wait for my next appointment to get them removed. I 100% recommended this dream team !! Thank you so much Aspen Dental !!!

Let me say at first I was skeptical about going to a new dentist. Trusting someone with my dental hygiene, trusting that they will be treating me as a patient and not a dollar sign, is a tough and unsettling feeling. However, after my experience with Dr. Alvarez and hygienist Williams I couldn't have been more at ease and happier with the experience. From the second I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile, and an easy to tablet to fill out my patient history. Everyone in the office was very engaging and pleasant and I think that stems from Dr. Alvarez. Everyone I talked to in the office both the staff and the patients in the waiting room had glowing remarks about how nice and personable he was. After what may have been the most thorough cleaning I've ever received, by Williams, Dr. Alvarez examined my teeth. We chatted back and forth about my dental history and he really made me feel like part of the family. I will be following Dr. Alvarez wherever his dental career takes him and I can't say enough about how the whole office made this the most pleasurable dentist visit I could have imagined.

I'm a lot more insecure of my smile since I now lack symmetry. At my first appointment I wasn't in a good mood because of the years of emotional abuse I had just escaped from, and I had to return to that very house that day for the rest of my stuff. I was also in 3 car accidents within the span of a month and my shoulders were uncontrollably uneven for the X-ray. The staff took my demeanour personally instead of remaining professional. They also used me as a table during my examination and repeatedly and "accidentally" drop their tools on the table they made of my chest area. None of my family wants to return and their reasons all differ from mine and are not influenced by my experiences.

the dentist and his helpers were great but I had called ahead and asked if they took my insurance and was told they did.As it turned out they did not and I had a 900 dollar dental bill.not a happy camper

This Aspen Dental office has always been extremly nice and professional. I was in a tough spot where a crown fell out which was one of my front showing teeth. I work in high end sales and I couldn't do my job with that appearance. I called this office at 6:30 pm and they had me in office 8:00 am the next morning !! AND were able to get me back up to speed in no time at all! office atmosphere & staff are terrific! Thank you!

It was great. The dentist was very professional and knew what he was doing. This was my second visit for an extraction and it went great. No pain during the pull, done in about 20 mins. I don't know why I would consider going somewhere else.

Poor job cleaning my teeth, missed spots. They don't return calls. Put you on hold then never call back. In November I'm changing back to PPO to go back to my previous dentist. I do not recommend Apen Dental.

Was skeptical about going here after seeing some of the reviews. So glad I went. Everyone was friendly and sat to explain what needed to be done. They just want what's best for your teeth. Don't listen to the reviews about them being pushy and trying to add services. They just tell you what they recommend and not that you have to do any of it. I will be returning. The only thing I think this office could use is a good cleaning. It looked like nothing had been scrubbed in a while

Came in needing fillings and a cleaning, they would not do anything for me unless I paid $1400 for a special cleaning! Dishonest, pushy and rude. They will treat you like trash and then bill you for it.

Williams dental hygienist. i love his Professional and Dedication to his duties. He was gentle and excellent. Did a great job on teeth that has not been clean in 5 years his work was so good and I was just so happy to have him on my team for my self care.
