I paid Aspen $2000 in cash, received a receipt for the payment, but they only credited my account for $1700. Every single print out of my treatment plan has had different totals listed for the same services. This place is super shady and has been fined for over charging patients in the past, you can look them up on the states dept of health website and see for yourself. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Thank you for the very pleasant visit Dr. Susana Lee. You made sure I was doing fine and continued to communicate while giving care. Thank you for the day ... now with no pain and two fewer teeth and hoping for future appointments for great gum treatments. More power to Aspen DENTAL Team.

Staff and Dentist were professional and friendly. I only wish hygienists worked on Saturdays and appointments could be made on those days.

I canceled my first appt because of the way Dr Huang-Davy treated my mother, plus I was coming for a quote for implant and crown and receptionist states they don't even do this service, they sent refer somewhere else for it. They lost 2 new patients, at first I was impressed at the extensive diagnostics they gave my mom and mostly Huang seemed very knowledgeable and I thought she cared, but I have since changed my mind due to my moms continued experience and believe one has to think twice about going to a franchised dental clinic, they are fine tuned to make money, if you turn out to not be a high ticket client for them, beware

We just had our 1st visit & are so impressed with the new patient process. We had complete X-rays, we were seen by the hygienist & had an exam with the dentist. Then we saw the treatment coordinator who explained the suggested treatment & patient cost. The staff is very thorough, professional, friendly & accommodating. They value & addressed our concerns & thoughts about dental care. We are extremely happy we chose this Aspen Dental office to be partners in our dental health.

Very pleased with my experience today. I am impressed with new imaging techniques available and felt confident in recommendations from Dr. Lee. Technicians extremely personable (Kris is one name I'm remembering) and it feels welcoming to be remembered on a personal level. Thank you all for a positive visit.

The staff at Aspen is amazing. Very attentive from the first call to my initial visit and discussion of choices and payment options. At no time did I feel rushed or like just another person in line. I was also very impressed how well they worked with my schedule and set up all needed future appointments. Thank you!

For someone with bad anxiety, I was amazed at the staff and them making me feel comfortable, explaining everything. I will go back. I am not so happy that it has been almost 8 months and I don't have my new set. My healing teeth do not fit, I cant eat solid food. and I have to wear a mask everyday at work. Its 100 out today and i am forced to wear a mask. The delay is from my insurance billing, but they should have followed up on that months ago. I just want to look normal.

I decided to make my first appointment with Aspen because they accept my insurance. I have a broken, infected tooth that needs to be removed. First the tech taking my x-rays was in training and shredded my gums. She repeatedly expected me to bite down on this terribly painful tooth and I ended up in tears. I get examined by the dentist and she tells me that they will call me back within an hour or so with a plan to relieve the situation. It's been 12 days and I haven't heard back from them. I called to see if there was a problem and they said they simply missed me. I've been suffering for over 3 weeks. I'm still waiting for a call back. I'm also looking for a different dentist

If I could give this place negative stars I would gladly do it. Worst new patient scheduling experience of my life turn to be quite honest. Called on Friday and was told I could schedule online after I explained what my dental emergency was and I shared that it's really hard for me to take time off work so I wanted to make sure that it's something that they would take care of if I scheduled the online slot for the 7:15 appointment for Monday for the "emergency appointment for a broken tooth slot" and they assured me that yes it was something to do with take care of. And that is what I did, I scheduled for the 715 slot and took time off work to go get my broken tooth taken care of. Upon checking me in the front staff informed me that I was scheduled for a comprehensive exam and that they would complet a full mouth X-ray and examination then I would sit down with their financial coordinator and discuss treatment options and return at a later date to get my tooth taken care of. I informed her that I was very clear when I called that I couldn't return another time and and I needed a taken care of today today and they said that they couldn't guarantee that they would do it that it was a possibility I could return tomorrow. So you are an "emergency dentist"....Yet it's more important for you to fill your pockets, so you're willing to let people who are in pain with a broken tooth suffer longer and take additional time off work to come back another day so that you can do a comprehensive X-ray of the whole mouth and discuss finances and proceed to state that the call center does not always schedule people right or know the process? It is extremely sad to see what a society we are living in, that people who get into patient care and are supposed to be there for the patients are more interested in charging for an additional visit doing unnecessary things then what was discussed prior to scheduling. Honestly, shame on you For even calling yourself an emergency dental clinic when you clearly do not care about emergencies.
