I asked several times to get an itemized copy of my services being rendered and they would not give it to me. When they did not numb my mouth for the procedure, I asked again upon exiting, for a new bill with numbing removed from the bill. The receptionist told me that they do not charge for numbing. I will be looking closely at what they actually report to my insurance. If numbing is on my bill, I WILL report Aspen Dental for insurance fraud!!!

So far, so good. After wasting 2 months with a horrible dentist that had no bedside manner, I made an appointment with Aspen Dental. The dentist was polite, and answered all my questions. Good bedside manner means everything to me, and I appreciate it.

Everyone was great. Front desk quickly checked me in, Doc got to me right away, and the finance lady laid everything out for me (except her phone number ;) ) and would highly recommend.

Stay away from this place they ruined my mouth I wouldn't take my dog here please if you cherish your teeth and smile don't go here I have been depressed since they made me look ugly my partials don't even fit and don't stay in my mouth.

I had my first appointment at Aspen Dental in Valpo. Everyone is super nice. Sierra did my xrays, Skylor cleaned my teeth and Dr Phil checked my teeth. I was very satisfied and definitely will go back!

Working with the team at aspen dental in valparaiso was absolutely amazing! They all took such great care of me and were there to help guide me and answer my questions every step of the way! Highly recommend!

I don't appreciate being bullied into a procedure that is expensive and not covered by my insurance just to get my teeth cleaned. I will find another dentist

If I had it to do it over I would not have gone there. Dentures have never fit right. One dentist he's first name is Shawn told me not to see anyone but him, after another dentist pulled my teeth. But have not been able to see him even though I called a few times . Can't eat in public or family gatherings. I would go somewhere else. I have never been able to wear my bottom ones. Garlen, I did want to say that all of the office staff are very nice. I'm just at the end of my rope of what to do ?
