I went to Aspen dental to get a tooth removed and a filling put in because I was having tooth having tooth pain I was instructed that my gums had issues so that I needed a deep cleaning I agreed to the deep cleaning and also agreed to getting my tooth removed and getting a filling. I changed my plan to get a stud because I did not want a damage to teeth getting a bridge on the day of my removal. I kept my original contract and the renewed contract And made an appointment to get my mouth checked after the removal and a hygiene check. When I arrived for my appointment I was told I was getting a second cleaning within 3 weeks that was not on my contract nor was spoken to me about I was told I was only getting a check up on my tooth and my gum progress. They told me I would have to pay an additional $200 to get my teeth cleaned again today. When I told them that this was not part of my contract and that I was not going to get the cleaning today but would like to get my tooth removal checked on I was told there was no need to bc the don't do that even though I had been told to come back. I then left very upset that they wasted my time so I went over my contract and there was.nothing about a second cleaning. Then when I called customer support 1 800 number they told me they were charging me that for the fluoride charge that was only supposed to be $59 covered by my insurance and Did nothing to calm the situation except for basically tell me that I needed to pay the $200 to get the 2nd cleaning that it wasn't ridiculous to ask someone to get 2 cleanings in 3 weeks. I let it slide the 1st visit that the male technician doing the x-rays was aggressive and frustrated at the fact that I was having trouble keeping things in my mouth because it hurt. I left crying after my 1st visit because of the way that he made me feel like I was a problem for being anxious scared and trying the best I could. Then decides to come into the room afterwards and tell me he has tips and tricks on how I won't be so anxious the next time after hemade me feel uncomfortable. Do not go here

I love Aspen Dental. The staff are all very friendly and worked diligently to get my dental insurance approved. My proceedule plan was explained in detail. My dentist advised me on what I needed to do and saved me money. Thanks again everyone. You all are the best!

They are so nice when you go for first and second time.I would never recommend this dentist again! Don't trust him!@Im not sure where he went too school for dentistry, but he prayed my teeth with a stainless steel screwdriver!! It was a horrible experience!!!!

What a joke and waste of time. Call this location and get told to show up first thing in the morning only to be turned away because they don't do walk ups. Why the hell did you waste my time driving over 45 minutes just to be turned away? Do yourself a favor and just avoid this place entirely. They ain't worth it.

I had a visit with Aspen Dental of Valdosta Ga. I am so appreciative of them and their efforts to get me help in a hurry. They got me scheduled in less than 2 days and I am grateful to them. Thanks

I love Aspen Dental (Valdosta) and highly recommend! Staff is always patient courteous and helpful, even at times when I may be difficult. They are fair and easy to work with and I have always been satisfied with the dental work received!

My teeth did not fit they made them a second time and they fit worse. I was told to twice that I would get a credit and never got the credit. Now I am getting charged more because I I went to a different . I want to talk to the owner and they don't seen to want me too.

My appointment was on time. Staff was professional and friendly. Dentist listen to what I wanted. I wanted to do many procedures in stages, and he arranged to make it happen.

I had a wisdom tooth that was bothering me bad. They were able to get me worked into the schedule as a walk in and got it taken care of very quickly. The up front receptionist could have better customer service /patience but everyone in the back was very gentle , welcoming and warm. Dr. Eseja extracted both of my bottom wisdom teeth and he made each procedure a breeze. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Aspen Dental, in Valdosta, is great. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Dr. Campbell is awesome. Very caring and makes sure you are comfortable at all times. I highly recommend him. Dr. Ejika is also awesome he has a wonderful staff in the office. Always very nice. I recommend this office for all your dental needs. You won't be disappointed.
