The dentist appointment went fine. But when scheduling to get my kids teeth cleaned they have appointments available January of 2024! That's over a year out. Please do yourselves a favor and get 2 or 3 more hygienists. That is not practical. Children should have their teeth cleaned every 4-6 months to keep an eye on cavities and other problems. I like the staff and the location but I don't know how this will work.

I was very pleased with my appointment. Excellent staff, friendly and caring. My last dentist retired and I took time to ask for references before calling for appointment. Looking forward to next appointment!

Very professional here, the Doctor and the hygienist and X-ray Tech also the receptionists are very kind and helpful also very knowledgeable !! The equipment they have here is very up to date ! Just overall an awesome and great experience I recommend this place !

I've been going to Aspen Dental for years and I've never had any problems. They have always treated me good and seen me quickly for emergencies.I've had two wisdom teeth pulled and a partial made for me and I'm about to get a root canal done. My Dentist is top notch.

I went to Aspen dental in North Utica to get dentures. There is a whole process to get fitted with them and a minimum of three visits. The two people who helped me the most were Tiffany, and Scott. They were very professional, helpful, caring and kind. Tiffany was very knowledgeable, kind, caring, funny, and helpful. She really made me feel comfortable, and gave me tips on caring for my dentures. I feel she went over and beyond to try to help me, and make sure all of my concerns were taken care of. Scott is the guy that makes the dentures. He was very involved in making sure the fit was perfect, and there weren't any issues with pressure points or pain. I couldn't have asked for a better experience than I had with both of them. I would recommend them to anyone. I feel like I made a couple of new friends. Sincerely, Katie P.S. The appointment was right on time, unlike most "doctor's appointments ". They made me feel relaxed during the exam and X-rays. Upon checkout the office help was friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful with financial options.

I had an exam and was going to schedule a cleaning and was told they are booking for May 2023. What a joke. Find somewhere else.

This is the best dental experience I've ever had. I have a lot of work to get done but I didn't feel judged by the way they look instead the doctor and hygienist and all the staff are so nice and made me feel confident when I walked out. I wouldn't go anywhere else I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Utica, Ny!

Awful. All this place cares about is money. They didn't care about saving my tooth. I had to contact my original dentist to let them know what they did because they pretended like they didn't know the procedure exist. I sat there waiting in the dental chair and everyone left and didn't tell me anything so I walked out. Screw this place! What can you expect from a place across the street from an Econo lodge.

My very first visit to Aspen Dental was positive. The staff was friendly and got me registered quickly and efficiently. The dental staff was also friendly and very positive and knowledgeable. My evaluation was thorough and very professional. They are taking care of all my dental needs. I look forward to working with them in the coming months.

I love Tiffany that did the fitting of my new 'Chompers'.. she is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. I highly recommend the Utica Office with Dr.B.. and if course, Tiffany.. my experience with them is fantastic .. my husband will be going there now.

The Dr and staff were awesome! I had a horrible toothache and they took great care of me! When nothing was helping the pain they got me right in to pull the tooth! Such a great place, staff, and doctors!
