Way too expensive! The dentist told me I would not need a bone transplant to place two implants. When I received the cost estimate from the manager, it was for $19,000! I was shocked. As an example, I had been given estimates by two other dentists for the implants and the highest cost was $4,500 for each implant. When I returned home and looked at the cost sheet, I found that Aspin had charged me thousands extra for bone implants and a whole lot of other costs pertaining to bone implanting. When I called to question the estimate, I was told someone wild call me back in a few minutes. I am still waiting for a callback. They told me my insurance covered the X-rays, and I only owed $30 for the X-rays, which I paid. A month later, I received a bill for $140 for X-rays. I asked for a copy of the X-rays, and they said, "Sure, we'll send them to you via email." That was months ago, and I'm still waiting. They are not in my SPAM folder.

Ive had an amazing experience thus far. The doctors and staff have been unbelievably helpful, caring, understanding, and informative. Im beyond grateful to have found them. Thank you so much to everybody there.

This review is based on lies and inaccurate information I received from Aspen Dental on University. My first appointment was a teeth cleaning with X-rays. They try to sell me a toothpaste for cavities for $42 however I had no cavities. My office visit was $331 so I asked why is this so expensive? I have dental insurance as well. I am allowed 2 cleanings per year at no cost but they try to add things on. Maybe they get a commission on the more they sell. I was told this included partial payment towards my fillings. This came out at one time so again no cavities. The next visit came and I was told by two people in the office it was covered by my insurance. I got a bill in the mail for $497 This is unreal for a teeth cleaning, X-rays and fillings with insurance my total cost $828 ridiculous and I didn't even get a toothbrush after they took advantage of me. What I really want to say is not as nice or someone might get offended. The problem I have with this office is failure to be honest no integrity and there rudeness toward me. I actually saw someone disputing charges while sitting to be seen. That was probably my sign then but I ignored it. I have never ever paid this much for dental for these services. I don't appreciate this and will seek a different dental office that doesn't take advantage of their customers. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional!!! Be careful they might try to ..... You!! You're very Welcome Mitch. You should do the right thing and not take advantage of your patients or make sure your staff knows what there talking about prior to giving false inaccurate information. In the meantime keep smiling and I hope you can sleep well knowing that Aspen Dental takes advantage of their patients. It's a disgrace to see this especially with the money you charge. Reviews are for good reasons. I can see with your sarcasm that you have no intentions on resolving this. You don't even have the integrity to call me and ask what happen. Great customer service Mitch !!!

One of the best experiences I have had at a dental office. Haven't been to the dentist in over 6 years and every single person was welcoming and friendly. So glad to have found this place!

Everyone there were so understanding and helpful. I was in immense pain due to a very bad tooth they got me in right away and we're so so helpful I can't thank them enough I left there in no pain and it's healing great. A very friendly atmosphere I recommend it to everyone.

As a new patient , my experience here was wonderful. The staff were very welcoming and nice to their patients. They were also fast an quick in my opinion. I would recommend it to my family.

The care from everyone I encountered was exemplary - very caring, professional and they explained everything in easy to understand terms. However, the office never went over costs before hand, so I was somewhat taken aback when I was presented with my bill. It was still an overall very good experience.

I wish zero stars were an option. they weren't open for hours after they said, didn't return my voicemail requesting an urgent appointment in a timely manner, told me as a walk in I was going to wait somewhere between 15 min and 3 hours. couldn't narrow down that window one way or the other. I felt like I was being pranked. I was very disappointed and will not be returning.

My second cleaning appointment with Angela. She is terrific! my second cleaning went so well, I believe, because of the very detailed instruction Angela gave me during my first. Best I've ever experienced!

This was my first visit and it was to establish myself as a new patient and get a dental cleaning. Angela was very proficient and delivered a good cleaning. She was very friendly and overall helped lend to a positive experience. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was due to the office and lab area needing to be refreshed and updated in appearance.

They told me to be there 15minutes prior to my appointment at 8am for the doors to be locked and no one was there. Lots of waiting around for nothing. They pressure you into buying things you probably don't need or can find elsewhere for cheaper.
