Going to Aspen Dental was the absolute worst dental experience I have ever had. I went there to get fillings. First of all the dentist, who i don't remember his name but he was an indian guy and he didn't do a good job at the beginning because I still felt the pain. So he had to go in to numb me again. Once the dentist was done I went home and the pain never went away. My mouth was still hurting days afterwards, I couldn't eat any solid foods which made me lose about 20 lbs. I eventually went back to Aspen and saw another dentist and I believe his name was Dds Bradley. I told him Ibelieve I might have an abscess. He took x-rays and said I didn't have one and tried to refer me to a pain management dept which I declined. I eventually had to go back to my old dentist who was now out of network to get a x-ray. Of course my old dentist did a x-rays and actually showed me where the abscess was. I was so upset that Aspen Dental was so incompetent and unprofessional. I would NEVER go back to them or refer them to anyone. The place should be condemned!!!

Dr Vo was amazing. She helped address our concerns and adjusted our treatment plan to our finances as well as our preferences. The office staff are all very kind and helpful. I highly recommend Aspen Dental.

This place is a SCAM. Two of my family members went to them for cleaning and for the first hour all they did was X-Rays. They did a run-around and wanted to get them scheduled to get all the wisdom tooth extracted and they are not even hurting or have cavities. Then after wanted to give them invisalign to straighten the teeth. After that had them wait in the lobby for another 45 minutes. So after that my family asked when are they going to do the cleaning and they replied "sure, we can do that for you". Just a run around all over and do extra X-rays and sell stuff so they can bill the Insurance. They need to be reported to BBB.

I feel like once you pay 3000 for a top denture then you become less important. I don't feel like I got the service I deserve. Or paid for. I had my final appointment set and arrived early and never got seen. But I'm not supposed to be upset. It's no big deal that I waist my time or my gas. .... Affordable dentures was about 2,00 more but I wish I had paid the difference maybe I would have gotten better care. It's very true ayou get what you pay for

I am giving this place a bad review because of the lack of sanitation. The x-ray machine's chin rest was extremely filthy and I was given a pair of goggles to put on that was beyond dirty. Another issue I had is the workers using their gloved hands to talk or text on their cell phones and then did not change the gloves once they began providing service to the patients. Also, the doctor who removed my tooth dropped the needle on the chair but did not change the needle, but picked it up and continued to put stitches in my mouth. Also, the receptionist was showing someone a blister on her feet, but I never saw her wash her hands, but when the next customer came in she waited on them. The place could use a very deep cleaning since after all they are working in people's mouths and able to transfer germs so easily.

Rewarding dental experience. Dr. Vo and staff were courteous, competent and concerned. My emergency dental need was taken care of so that I can enjoy my weekend engagement.

This place is only concerned about taking your money and not at all about you being comfortable with the teeth you pay thousands for I would strongly recommend you going somewhere else! I was seriously fooled in the beginning! because they told me I would get a full refund and full refund is a full refund but only gave me the money back for the junk dentures and not all the money back for the poor job that they did and some of it was because they didn't do a proper extraction and left teeth particles behind and didn't do a good job sowing my gums and that's my fault and that has to come out of my pocket that's not right at all bad business! So they did not give me a full refund like they had said I guess that makes them liars as well!

Everyone was extremely kind and professional except for the doctor I had. She was poor at explaining the situation, getting clearly frustrated at my lack of understanding and questions as if I'd gone to school for this. No patience and definitely a lack of empathy/sympathy for someone in pain.

Horrible experience & customer service. I was in a wreck almost 6 months ago and had a tooth removed. The surgery was painful. The flipper denture I've been wearing since is crooked. I am embarrassed about my appearance & I can't eat around others because I would have to take the denture out in front of them. I had an appointment to have my dental implant installed ( had this appointment for months) & had to reschedule because the doctor is not going to be there. I took of time off from work to have this appointment. I was told by "Whitney" that I could be mad after stating my frustration. Overall this experience has been a living nightmare. I have called corporate.
