Horrible experience. I wanted to get set up with a dentist to get regular teeth cleanings and get a few crowns. They want to sell you a over $2,000 teeth cleaning and try to say it would be insurance fraud if they only did a regular teeth cleaning which I don't believe. They lost my business. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Great service here! I felt taken care of the whole time. Their prices are vary reasonable and they also offer payment plans. I plan on coming back for any other work I need done.

My husband had a cap put on. The procedure was good. However, there was a billing problem, and electronic phones going nowhere. Update We have contact info... It is fair to improve their star review; since this company is making an effort to improve. Thank you... Stay tuned....it is getting better... It was the insurance company payment error, and my husband was told that the bill would be paid by them. So.... Thank you for your assistance, & quick resolution! Excellent!

Overall, the experience was very delightful. The only negative aspect was the rotating hygienist. She had a very condescending attitude. However, everyone else was fantastic!

Okay my first experience with Aspen dental was horrible they kept putting me off and putting me off then when I finally did get the procedure they gave me two dentures that do not fit will not fit and they will not do anything about it they have horrible bedside manner they have horrible care and they charge you through the nose they do not care about their patients the only thing they care about is getting money they refused to fix any problems that come up they refuse to take care of anything and when I went back for adjustments and they didn't adjust nothing I had to do it myself so if anybody has any common sense you will avoid Aspen dental at all costs

My first Dental review ever goes out to Aspen Dental. My relationship with Aspen started out a little rocky. Dr. Brad Williams talked to me and worked out my negative experience. Since then my last two visits have been outstanding! I am very impressed with the staff and doctors at Aspen and I highly recommend them! Keep up the great work Aspen Dental.

Was satisfied overall with the level of service I received and felt like they explained everything very well and answered all my questions. Communicating appointment times needs to improve. But overall I'm very satisfied!

This was a great staff and for a first time visit it couldn't have gone better. The staff took my comical attitude in stride--what other type of attitude do you have visiting a dentist?--and was very genuine and efficient. The office associate worked up a great quote for my dental work that I was more than happy with. Great visit!

I woke up with pain that has been with me for 3 months, on and off. I was tired of it. I called at 8:30am to see when I could get an appt and I was in their office 45 minutes later. They spend their time with you, they listen to what you need/want and what is reasonable. Not to mention that the beautiful redhead that does the treatment plans went through everything with me so I understood exactly what was going on. She also helped me obtain financing and worked to help me get all the work I have to get done at a reasonable price. How can you not love this kind of place?

I'm not usually one to leave reviews of businesses, but I feel obligated to because I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Aspen Dental. I'm in Tulsa for work and have been having some tooth pain for the past 2-3 months and based on reviews left by others decided to give Aspen Dental a whirl. I'm so happy I did, because between the friendliness of the front office staff, hygienists and Dr. Bradford, I finally got an answer to why my tooth has been bothering me and we came up with a game plan to take care of it. I'd like to thank everyone there for their friendliness and kindness and look forward to returning in a couple of weeks to finish my dental plan. Adam Goldberg

The service and treatment off the staff was world-class
