From the receptionist walking in the door to the Orthodontist my experience was Amazing. The Receptionist I forgot her name. She bright me the WHOLE bowl of candy (LOL). Her customer service was 100! Kendi, Dr. Silvia Assistant bedside manner 100! Barbara the Office Manager 100! Dr. Silvia bedside manner 100! Lab Tech 100! I really like how everyone was warm and inviting. No one was standoffish. My entire experience was Amazing!! I am glad I chose them and they accepted me.

Like so many others have said before they are all about the money, I made an appointment to be seen for a problem that I didn't get treated for unless I had $6,000 in the spot, even with dental insurance and apparently they ordered a medication for me without my knowledge . No other healthcare profession does this excerpt for concierge doctors

Cracked my tooth in my tongue ring and squeezed me in that same morning for an appointment, turns out my tooth was actually broken in half but they were very compassionate and understanding in helping me figure out a payment plan with no insurance. Will definitely be making them my regular dentist from now on :)

In all my years, I have never came across a whole staff that was friendly, patient to answer all your understanding, caring and easy to love. They were so nice I had to get all their names: curtis-offc manager,William-front desk, Jenn-dental hygienist, Dr. Sylvia (talked so I could understand) and Jessica- x-ray tech. They all know their stuff. Insurance or not stop by and give them a try like I did. I felt good and confident knowing my dental issues are in the best of hands. They also have financing available if you need it. I'm so happy!!!

After searching around to see who could do all my dental work in one office, I found Aspen Dental who actually could help me start to finish. They set up an appointment within a week of my first call, incredibly friendly and supportive. The Hygienist and Dentist examined me and did all the test and xrays FREE. Then went over the best plan of care form me, also I must add giving me 3 options from least expensive to the optimum treatment plan. When I chose my plan that I could afford they gave me options to make payment finance or play as we go. Now I must talk about the Dentist that did my treatment. I am 63 years old and this is the very Best Dentist I have ever had. Not only did she take care of the "baby" me she was thorough professional and all around Excellent. The staff remembers my name and so kind to me. I am recommending all my family and friends KSanders

The greatest dentist experience I've had to date! They have friendly service. The appointment setting and updating is superb. The doctors and hygienists are efficient and effective. They handled all of my care and helped me with my insurance. Expectations highly exceeded.

I got a full exam and a list of things that needs to be done along with their prices. Also had a molar extracted same day. Everyone was kind and welcoming. I absolutely love Aspen dental. They even let me keep my tooth that was extracted Never thought I'd say it but I'm looking forward to my next dental visit

My teeth have always been pretty bad and just recently I've financially (kind of - I mean it's dental work) been able to take care of them little by little. With that being said I've had a lot of dental appointments and gotten to know some of the staff members here and I appreciate them tremendously. The front staff are always so welcoming and nice. I also adore Nikki, d.a. You can talk to her and she always helps me feel at ease...because who likes to go to the dentist. And Dr. Castro, who has been my dentist and will always be my dentist as long as I am living, is phenomenal. Her work and bedside manner are so refreshing and kind.

DONT BELIEVE NOTHING OVER THE PHONE . I was told to come in after being on the phone and kept being put on hold . I told them I had to walk they said they would do something for my pain and the lump on my gums .. I walk up there took me 21 mins to be told of a charge that I didn't know I had in texas and there's nothing they can do until I pay the balance . This could be cancer in my mouth I'm so much pain after being assured I would be seen and told I would get antibiotics. Do yourself a favor and dont ho here if you not white .

This was definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had at a dentist and everyone was so kind and truly cared and I will be taken all my kids here and they made sure I could afford everything and when my wisdom tooth was removed I literally felt nothing and I'm no longer in horrible pain thanks to the amazing and caring staff. So if you're looking for a dentist or have an emergency then I definitely recommend coming to Aspen dental off 71st and close to Memorial

Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience at a dental office! From the front office, to the dental assistants and the dentist herself. Great experience and would highly recommend to anybody in need of a great dentist!

First off, I like to say the staff there are really nice, and professional and generally I don't like to write negative reviews for services unlike for products I purchased, but I feel this would help somebody else. I personally think that going to a big chain dentist office is not the way to go since it seems like they're after your money, as mentioned in another user's review here. And besides that they don't seem to care for their patients as much. I got two extractions done -one being a wisdom tooth- and had complications later. They never scheduled a follow-up as the doctor said he would, instead I had to call the office and make several trips back (which the guy who works the desk was really nice and helpful in getting me seen right away), just to make sure everything was alright but still had pain a month later after the extraction of the wisdom tooth, and later found out I had an abscess that need needed draining which I also paid for, including another exam. But that's not even the biggest issue, the issue that annoys me is that the office or financial manager broke down the cost of the services but failed to mention that I was to be charged $195 for an Oralb electric toothbrush, which could be paid less for had I purchased my own at Walmart for a less innovative one, a flouride gel, which I don't really use. and an antimicrobial rinse, which again at Walmart with a prescription and insurance could've been just $4. The other issue was that he told me my cost for the deep cleaning, which normally is not done on the same day because insurance doesn't cover it that way, would be less since they would add a note to insurance so they can cover it. And guess what? They didn't even do that, I found out from insurance when I called, that the visit wasn't covered and that they received a blurry patient chart. Upon all this I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone going here, unless you are stable financially or have lots of money to spend. And although they have nice staff and don't deserve this, I think management at Aspen Dental need to be a lot better, especially financial wise. Also have to note I called the Aspen Dental corporate management office trying to get refunded for the toothbrush and other things I didn't know I was paying for, and they said because I had opened the products it can't be refunded since it couldn't be returned. And since I consented when I signed the payments form it was assumed I knew. It is sad how they would treat people but that's how it is with these major corps.- all about the money and not the patients interests. In the end I blamed myself for not doing the research and following my gut about these kinds of companies.
