I went in a basket case, and the whole gang, especially Dr. Wilson, Megan, Kaley, and Emma at once started putting me at ease. They addressed concerns, patiently answered questions, and IMMEDIATELY began treating my problems. Their friendly and comforting manner made the experience as pleasant as a visit to the dentist gets. But most importantly, I left without the toothache that i had come in with. Thank you guys!

Make sure you get everything in writing with this place. A dentist saw me 4 times as follow ups for the same problem after a filling was done by him. He then referred me out and stated he would get the billing written off. Fast forward a week or two later I get a text saying I owe the money for it. I call the office there are no notes about the write off. This is the worst customer service ever. Whitney has promiced to speak with the dentist and to see if he admits to it and hopefully ask why it was not noted. Fast forward to September. They wrote off the cheapest one instead of writing off the one that needs the root canal. Would recommend the hygienist and the rest of the staff is super sweet but there is something wrong here.

Was called by anonymous numbers then when I call the office placed on a prompt dialer. Finally got through to someone who asked me to come to the office immediately because after 6 months of being on the schedule the Friday before my Monday exam my appointment was changed without leaving the details in the voicemail. So I came to the office only to wait until the original appointment time. Then I said something to the staff they blame it on short staff when reality it was poor staff communication and poor scheduling

I am a coward when it comes to dentistry. I was assured Aspen would address this. I had an abscess. I was told I would be given something to help me relax before having extractions. When I went in for the appointment my blood pressure was through the roof and I was extremely nervous. Nothing had been done to calm me. Since my BP was high they wanted to reschedule me and again, "we'll give you something to calm you before you come in" Uh, that's what you said for today but ya didn't! So, you want me to come back again, make the anxiety worse, make my fear worse? Not to mention money for the procedure had to be paid up front because I didn't qualify for traditional financing. Note: the staff is nice but someone needed to do their job and make sure I was given the prescription before my appointment.

Aspen Dental Tullahoma was amazing! I have severe anxiety about going to the dentist but these lady definitely helped me get through it. They are super patient and understanding. They made me feel as comfortable as they could and listened to me. I will definitely be going there again. Wonderful job!

I had a wisdom tooth extracted and they took me in to do it same day ,no quedtions asked and it was only 160 dollars and change ...awesome staff too

I have always had a great experience at Aspen but today I felt like a number. Rush you in and rush you out. Dr fist came in checked my teeth mumbled to the DA and asked me if I had questions I didn't know enough to ask questions. They said the office manager would come snd get me. She finally did and she said your part will be $1098 when do we want to schedule how do you want to pay. I asked for what? She said root canals, extraction snd hygene. I asked what teeth. I went there for a chipped tooth the assistant office manager told me I would need to have it extracted.

Set an appointment, it gets cancelled and delayed two weeks. Showed up ten minutes early as recommended on the day of my new appointment, was made to wait around for an hour before anyone deigned to work on me. Reminds me of eating at a Wendy's in a bad neighborhood, you'll be lucky if the fries aren't cold.

Had x-rays and suppose to have evaluation and 2 extractions. I was told that I needed the 2 simple extractions 3 tiny fillings and descaling I don't remember the exact term. So I was set for to more visits to complete everything with my insurance it was still 200 dollars out of pocket. My extractions were not simple she left fragments in the holes dug in the holes to try and get them but could not put stitches in the was to last 2 weeks was gone in two days. I had my next appointment in 2 days I had been in terrible pain no sleep and the pain meds made me vomit. A different lady to scrape my teeth said that she could not do anything with the inflammation and asked about the pain meds I explained they made me sick she said let her get a dentist to come talk to me. A man came in never introduced himself laid me back looked in my mouth Sat me up told me that he was going to send me in hydrocodone and ibuprofen to help with the pain. When I was leaving I was told they could reschedule my deep cleaning but it was going to cost around $300 i said forget it.. The following Tuesday I was to get my fillings but it is the 7th day and still in pain and eating grits or oatmeal. I called to reschedule my fillings now it is the 27 of June. Once this is done I will never go back to them. When I was having my teeth pulled the dentist slipped and put a small cut on the roof of my mouth as well.

I have severe dental anxiety but today it didn't even bother me. Everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable. The girl that did my X-rays was amazing!! Those things usually make me gag, but not today. And she was so fast I didn't even have time to be uncomfortable! Love the Tullahoma office

Great welcome when I first came in the door. The xray tech seemed to be very knowledgeable. Dentist explained things so I could understand. I am confident going in the future. Thank staff
