The beginning of my visits were nice, the staff and Dr were great. However by the end of my treatment the upper denture is horrible! It is mostly metal and cuts my mouth whenever I chew food. For the money and the 2nd Dr I saw , to who was very rude, I will not recommend Aspen Dental!!

All they cared about was the almighty $$$$$$! Unbelievable....I remember when a dentist did everything to take care of the client. That was first! Not at this place, the business manager was there to make sure I did their plan and not too concerned for the pain. I now see why so many people go to Mexico to get their teeth taken care of. Business Manager needs education on taking care of the client. Tries to let me know that because of my insurance, they are helping me with my $8,000.00, bill. They talk about car dealerships, this place is worse.

Would not recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. Shady business practices. I originally got started with them for Invisalign. They were running a promotion at the time for a discount. When it was time to put the Invisalign in, the trays were not from Invisalign. The trays were an aspen dental generic brand. We had contractually agreed on Invisalign and they were going to place their product in my mouth for over 8 months without telling me. Luckily, I was asking questions that lead me to find out the trays were not from Invisalign. They then attempted to charge me more for the Invisalign trays saying they were no longer offering the promotion. I had to speak with the manager and argue my point as if we did not already have a contractual agreement. At current times they seem to have a dentist who is new and unsure of themselves.

The staff here is amazing! I am terrified of the dentist and have full blown panic attacks. The tech(sorry I don't remember her name but I will never forget her face)calmly and compassionately walked me through each step(yes while I hyperventilated, ugly cried and tried to hold myself together)The hygienist and dentist explained thoroughly what is needed and put together a plan for treatment. The office manager Rebecca was so kind at check out and didn't judge the crazy lady with a splotchy face that was still trying to catch her breath, dry tears and pick up what little pride was left. She helped get me scheduled for all of my appointments along with getting approval for financing so I can finally take care of me

This experience was so amazing. They made me feel comfortable and worked with me on what was the best option for me. Normally businesses try to get you to spend so much money but Nicole was amazing. I can't wait for the end result. Very pleased with services

I have had no experiences with any business that was even close to being this bad. The actual work that they started was so bad I called Aspen Dental corporate and insisted they allow me to have the work completed at a different Tucson location or I would sue them to recover the balance of the $6100 I had paid in advance. I did have the work completed (more or less since I still ended up having to have a real dentist fix something they just couldn't get right). It took corporate almost two months to get the balance of my money to the other. .

Never again! $10.000 three years later my bridge is broken! I knew something was wrong when it took them 3 hours to put it in, it didn't fit, they also don't tell you about extra charges, I'm looking for another dentist!

This was my first (and last) visit to this office. There were fresh, visible mouse droppings in the reception area, by the desk and the waiting seating area. Dentist was argumentative and unaccommodating. Feels like patients are not respected here; it's more like a scam to collect Medicare dollars. As for calling your customer service line to get my concerns addressed, that's ridiculous. Deflecting the burden of addressing problems back onto the consumer is a lazy response to a customer complaint. It took me numerous tries to get an actual answer to my original call to schedule an exam. Why should I waste even more of my time trying to complain when I've already come to the conclusion that Aspen Dental is a waste of time and money? Your corporate algorithm is not working. If you don't want negative google reviews, fix the problem on your end.

I guess they switch who the dentist is working there every so often , the guy working at the Tucson location at the moment very unprofessional wouldn't recommend at all. The 1st time I went in 2021 was great though
