The procedure itself went well but the wait time was too long.

I was very very pleased with the in office care of my procedure. However I am not happy with the aftercare- I left the facility the day of my procedure to go get my scripts they were supposed to send to the pharmacy for me and I ended up waiting at the pharmacy for almost 4 hours - in pain and crying. I am again in pain and have not been able to sleep due to this. I've called the after hours emergency answering service so I can speak with a doctor on what I should do because my pain is getting worse instead of better. I called them 3 plus times because I was told I would get a phone call back within 20 to 30 minutes but never did. I feel like I am being ignored just because I am complaining of still having pain 4 days post op of my procedure. I need to know what to do and I feel like the answering service center has done an amazing job but as far as a doctor on call getting back to me for instructions or if I should go in somewhere to be seen due to it being the weekend- I have had NO contact back what so ever from them.

Friendly and professional staff, everyone was great! Very short waiting time. I even had a denture repair finished in under 30 minutes at an extremely reasonable price.

Everyone at Aspen Dental was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They worked as a team and got me in and out quickly. The doctor, X-Ray technician, and dental hygienist were very thorough and thoughtful with my care.

I'm very happy I decided to go to Aspen Dental on Irvington, the office staff and Dentists are very friendly,especially Becky the CSR. I had gone to another DDS who made my dentures that never fit right and were very uncomfortable after a year of putting up with this I decided to go elsewhere. They are very meticulous when it comes to there dentures. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs dental work.

Broke a tooth off my dentures, Aspen got me in quickly, repaired in about a half hour, everyone at that facility was very professional, courteous. Very good experience.

Me and my daughter felt so blessed when we left, people are very friendly and professional, explained everything, about the procedures, x-rays, gums check, Dr Lee is very knowledgeable explained what needs to be done to make our mouth healthy again, then Allison explained how we can pay for all this dental work. God bless you all that work at this place

Excelent cleaning and friendly experience. I plan to go back. Cleaning was performed with little discomfort. Employee who performed cleaning explained areas to consecntrate on for improving my in home care. Provided me with with special small tubes of care paste to help my condition.

I've been going to Aspen for years and always liked it. However, I recently moved to LA for graduate school and come back and forth between LA and Tucson when I can. In March, since I was on spring break and would be in Tucson I scheduled a cleaning. The day of I woke up not feeling good so to be cautious with COVID precautions I decided to cancel my appointment. Unfortunately, they didn't have any other appointments available that week, so I decided I'd have to wait until I came back in summer. I just tried to make an appointment and they told me my insurance was no longer accepted. But my mom has the same insurance and just had an appointment there. So that was a lie. So then she calls and they say it's because I missed my last appointment which again I called and cancelled ahead of time because I was ill. I don't understand if they're getting their money from my insurance why deny me an appointment? They were not accommodating to me being an out of state college student. So we've decided to take our business elsewhere. EVEN WORSE EXPERIENCE is how they treated my mom at her last appointment! Last time she saw the dentist there they suggested she get a new mouth guard for night bruxism which she's always struggled with. This time when she asked to be fitted for a new guard, the male Dr. Lee was incredibly ignorant and rude to her. He insisted her problem was not bruxism and accused her parents of not taking care of her teeth properly as a child. His words exactly were that the mouth guard "was just an excuse! Your parents didn't take care of you when you were younger!" He said this in a very condescending and disrespectful manner. It's extremely unprofessional and elitist to assume and accuse her parents of not taking care of her properly, especially when some people come from a poor background where they literally COULD NOT afford braces. Bold of him to assume everyone could back in the day, especially as children of immigrants who started their life over in U.S. I do not appreciate the disrespect my mother received and I don't think others would either. I feel bad for the dental assistants who have always been kind and had to apologize on behalf of Dr. Lee. His wife has always been kind. Maybe he was having a bad day but that should never be taken out on the patients.

The dentist dr Lee was very thorough and very nice .... The only thing I was upset about is I went in with extreme tooth pain and left with the same pain .... My tooth is still in my mouth!! Nothing was done the same day. Also I got a run down of my financials for my treatment there was at least $5k-$6k of unnecessary charges that I shouldn't have to be billed for nor would my insurance cover, because they were BS charges!!! The rest I can understand but my total treatment cost would have been $16k+ with all the work done. I only need extractions for now and I couldn't even get that done the same day I'm still in excruciating pain!!!

I am so glad I decided to go with Aspen Dental. The whole staff is so friendly and kind. They make you feel real comfortable. The dental hygienist was so knowledgeable and it was the best cleaning I've ever had in my life. Chad and Becky are great at the front desk. I'm going to need some extensive dental work done and Chad help me out with all the financing which took a lot of stress out of my life. Can't wait to go back and get the rest of my dental needs met and I'll give another update when I'm done. Right now it is 5 Stars across the board and I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Hello, I had an appointment today for my 6 month teeth cleaning . I have been in the customer service industry for over 10 years and I know we all have to make sales and hustle, but to hide charges from customers and tell them "that's the portion you have to pay" as an explanation for the bill is just shady and unethical. I had to cancel my appointment today because you wanted to charge me over 170 dlls for ?? something my insurance covers and that is me getting my teeth clean nothing else. After I left they call and instead of asking me why I left , they told me "we still have to collect 10 dlls and is going to collections." Transparency and good customers service is all I wanted . Best of luck .

Went in this morning, was told I was going to get a extraction, I was already prepared in the room waiting for dentist, dentist John comes in does not look at me, looks at his assistant and tells him to send a referral elsewhere because he wasn't going to continue with my extraction, I asked why? He didn't me an answer at all, walked away, and the office manager had no response either! Here I am, in a place where tooth extractions are done all the time. They charged me, wasted my time, had me in the prep room ready, only to find out the Dentist refused to care for me! It's unfortunate. I'm never coming back here again, and I really did like their service last time I came here.

The female dentist they have in that office does not care about her patients. I just went in there because I had a toothache and she said there was nothing else she could prescribed me but what I'm currently taking and she can't do nothing for my pain. So I decided to go to another dentist and told me that he didn't understand why nothing was done about me issue. On top of not being able to help me she looked like she was in a rush and just wanted to take me out of there to take care of her other patients. Im very disappointed of this place I will never be going back.
