Feels a bit odd to be called about a "late" or "missed" appointment when you're sitting in the waiting room, signed in, and patiently waiting for your appointment. My appt lasted almost 3 hours for 1 minor issue and left indebted $700 to an incompetent dental/health care insurance firm if I chose to proceed in fixing a single damaged tooth. I suggest the company site state loud and clear, the listed prices are only applicable AFTER THE FIRST VISIT. I'm a desperate and uninsured masters student. Should've gone elsewhere, and that's not aspens fault, health/dental care is too pricey, and can be misleading.

Another great experience at the Tucker location! The dentist and staff actually care about the patients! It's not about anything other than providing great care, info, and treatment solutions. Thank you again from me and my wife!

Going to the dentist always gives me alot of anxiety, especially having a tooth extracted... the entire process from beginning to end took less than an hour, it was quick and easy.

Absolute pleasant visit today. My check-in was nice and I received excellent, polite, & professional customer service from the hygienist, Tatiana, and Dr. Nelson, the dentist; entire staff is Amazing!

I was late over 30 minutes yet the staff took the time to do everything that was planned for the visit and did make me feel bad that I may have put them behind. They were friendly informative and professional.Stephanie and the dentist took time to answer questions and explained each step of the process. Rashad the financial person was very patient with me when the cost didn't come out the way I understood they were supposed too. He did the numbers over and over until we both were on the same page. I am someone who is terrified of going to the dentist and they knew that and took that into consideration when treating me. I am grateful to them all.

I would like to give kudos to the lab tech named Dana a beautiful person it was very pleasant working with her and we need more people like her in the world. My waiting time was an hour and 15 minutes before I was seen I came in at 12:00 I was not in the chair until 1:15 after that everything was so smoothing.. thank you Dana. Five stars for Dana and and Mr Ahmad very professional pleasant person as well.

The new owners/dentists made it clear to me that neither my pain nor my comfort was a priority to them. In addition to my experience being physically, mentally, and financially draining, my lack of knowledge about what was causing my mouth pain was ridiculed by the dentist. Even though I had to wait 25 minutes beyond my appointment time in the waiting room to go to the back, the dentist told me that I was only allotted 15 minutes for my "emergency visit". She brought in her assistant to ensure that she got me "out on time" and did not even address the pain. You couldn't pay me to go back for the disrespect, lack of empathy, and humiliation again.

These people wasted my time and left me in pain on 2 separate occasions! The manager in the office actually tried to berate me during my first appointment because I was 2 mins late as if I were there for a job interview. They have about 4 -5 people working in the front office and during my second appointment (because apparently I was so egregiously late for my first appt. that I couldn't even be seen that day) after taking more time off from my paying job they had me sitting there for over an hour after showing up 4 mins early for an 11:45 appointment. No one on the staff full of black folks no different from me even had the common sense to let e know why I had been sitting there over an hour with out being seen! Don't waste your time and money on this place. Unprofessional staff no common decency or work ethic

I made an apt here because of the good reviews they have. Unfortunately, I left disappointed. I've never waited so long at a dentist like I did today. I literally arrived 7 minutes before my apt @8:15am. I made it early to go back to work @11:00 am. They took me in and they took almost 30 minutes just doing X-rays ? I've had X-rays done before and it doesn't take that long. After the X-rays, they ran another test to see what type of cleaning I needed. After that, I waited almost an hour until I called someone and asked them how much longer I had to wait. The lady told me the doctor was backed up and I was going to be seen most likely by 11:00 am. Another hour ?!? I' almost went full Karen mode but I was polite and told them to not submit my Insurnace claim. I wish I was told that the doctor was backed up and not have me waiting.

Kept me there for 3 hours, told me I would need a root canal and 8 fillings. Some fillings between my teeth. Repeatedly kept telling me it's my fault and made me feel bad about myself. Then I went to the Buford location. Doctor there said there was nothing in the notes or on my X-ray showing I needed a root canal. Said many of the areas needing fillings aren't that bad and commended me for working to improve my teeth and gums. Said fillings between the teeth would actually ruin my teeth for the future, and ultimately prescribed only 3 fillings. She was shocked at the assessment at the Tucker location. Thankful I listened to my gut and went to another location.

Worst tooth extraction I've ever experienced in my life. I believe they were working on another patient the same time as me. The dentist would snatch & pull on my tooth for a little bit then she & her assistant would leave the room for 15 minutes, just disappear then come back & start the same routine all over again. This happened twice. They never phoned in pain medication or antibiotics for me & I called the office twice to inquire. Follow up appointment was not made to have stitches removed for the following week. Stay away from these chain store dental clinics, it's just like shopping at Walmart. To busy to give good customer service.

What an all around fantastic experience! Gratefully we were lead here by another dentist that heard our plea for an emergency type broken tooth situation and couldn't fit us in and we had a budget without insurance. I was greeted with authenticity and care and that continued down the line. What careful and thoughtful people these are! I would highly recommend this team and have plan to go back and tell all my family. Thank you for everything and will see you again

They made a hole in my tooth and they left it there and told me there was nothing they could do so they sent me home with a hole in my tooth and then they said you need to go see a different doctor about that I called them 20 times and they went straight to voicemail when I needed my X-rays for my other doctor recommend zero out of 10 went to see a surgical specialist to fix my tooth cost me $483 out of my own pocket aspen dental did not reimburse me for the job that they did to my tooth
