I made an appointment online through the Aspen Dental website. I received an initial confirmation email. However, when I checked my account on their website, my appointment had been cancelled with no notice. I called the office to inquire about the reason and possibly reschedule. I could not get through to a staff member, so I left a message through their automated system and was told I would be called back. I never received a call so I went into the office at the time I had scheduled the appointment. The staff informed me that the call center/website which does their bookings often books people for appointments outside of the office's business hours. It is unacceptable that the offices do not contact the potential patients that are affected by their strange booking issues. It is also unthinkable to have these kinds of issues with their only method for booking appointments.

I was very pleased that as a new patient I was able to get in the same day I called, and received thorough care in a timely manner! Also, the Dr. was able to pull my tooth that day, and was very attentive to me being comfortable with the procedure and my pain level! All of the staff that I was in contact with was professional and kind! They kept me informed anytime there would be a delay! My new preferred dentist office!

I was the first person to get Invisalign at this location . When Covid started I lost one of my retainers and couldn't contact them . When I come back for my next visit they expected me to pay 1500 to start all the way over again . I feel like it just isn't fair to me .

I really like Aspen Dental. I've never had a bad experience here. But I just tried to call to make an appointment for a cleaning and they are only open on Mondays now? I'm not sure what is going on. Hopefully they will have normal hours again soon. I really like them.

This is without a doubt the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with any business. I called the Troy Oh office to schedule an initial appointment but the person I spoke with, was a third party. It seems they must have a regional scheduling team. The first available appointment was three weeks away. That was disappointing, but not unexpected. I received a confirmation email that day and then another a few days prior to my appointment. I show up to my appointment and the office was closed! According to their office hours displayed on the door, they were never open at that time. I again called the number and spoke with the regional scheduling team. I was informed there must have been a problem with the doctor because it showed the schedule as unavailable for the next few days. I received no email, phone call, or text message informing me of this. The representative attempted to schedule another appointment at that dentist or another Aspen dentist in Huber Heights OH. The first available appointment was again, three weeks away! Absolute waste of time!

Spent the last 10 months having teeth pulled and had temporary partials made, end of January was excited to finally get my permanent partials first day i got home with them had a tooth break "one that probably should have been pulled, ended up getting a crown ok it happens got to my first cleaning of the year the dentist i had seen is gone told by the one there i needed 6 thousand dollars more work done and my partials will be useless and have to have new made, talked to customer service couple times office manager once, got nowhere so pretty much back to square one, except for very very expensive pulled teeth

Changed hours to only Monday and Thursday, they do not answer emergency calls or get back to you, they changed the hours on google only after trying to get in for emergency and losing work to go to office on Tuesday when they would not answer phone on Monday (when they are supposed to be open) This is bad business and irresponsible.

Had broken a tooth off. Got right in to see a dentist but unfortunately they couldn't pull it that day due to some of my medication. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Will be going back for my extradition.

As a walk-in, lady at the desk very nice and helpful. But the man at the check out desk butted in as we checked in and was rude. But the dentist had us come back about 2hrs. Brittany got in and was seen. Dentist very nice and took care of Brittany. We are going back again.

First time.. visiting in the Troy area, my temporary crown came off, so I needed an emergency kind of visit! I was made to take 18 different views of my mouth, I accepted that. I was charged $200 to have a hygienist glue it back on and within an hour after I got home it had come off...no integrity...I got ripped off

Nothing wrong with the dental procedure,but after paying thousands for partial dentures on the final fitting I was told there was a mistake in the plates the lab sent. And I would have to pay an additional $352.00. I could have chosen to send the plate back to the lab and wait for the right one or pay for the one they sent. Seems to me that the lab couldn't use the plates so whe should I have to pay the extra when it wasn't my fault. I will spread the word. Seems like a bait and a watch to this old cop.

They pushed products/supplies/procedures I didn't need. The dentist messed up multiple fillings. The color was off, had air bubbles and one fell out. I was told by their dentist I needed a crown to fix their mistake and a ton of different treatments and products. I got second opinions thankfully and each dentist was furious of the treatment Aspen provided. They were trying to push more expensive procedures and make more money in my eyes. All the other dentist said I simply needed the fillings redone. Which I did and feel great. I will never go back.

Today was my first visit with Aspen Dental. I will always come back to the Troy location. I have anxiety when it comes to dentist offices. Dr.Aaron, Katie, Madison,Amy, Alanna, and ALL the staff this morning was fantastic. I am thankful I have found a dentist I will continue to come back too as finding a great group is hard, but this group is more than great. They are fantastic!

The dentist and the dental assistant was great better than anyone can expect. They are easy to work with and provide all procedures with compassion and care. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental care team went out of there way to ensure timely care. I appreciate everything

Friendly, professional staff; teeth cleaning & fluoride treatment seemed thorough. Dr. A. Manos seems to be very competent. Will return in 6 months for another cleaning & check up.
