I had a tooth really bothering me so I hesitantly went in to see the dentist do to some awful experiences as a child. After the visit it was determined I needed an extraction. This made me very uneasy and nervous but the staff assured me it was what needed done and I'd be fine. I went in to have the extraction and now it's the following day and I am amazed!! Absolutely no pain during the procedure and so far absolutely none following!! These guys are great! If I could have this done anybody can. I highly recommend Dr Miller and Aspen Dental.

This place is top notch...I had terrible tooth pain, called for an emergency appt, they got me in that day and took care of the problem.. I am so thankful and grateful for Dr. Miller and all the employees who work at the Triadelphia, WV. Aspen Dental..... YOU ALL ARE AMAZING and I Highly recommend them. ...Thankyou again !!

My experience is always positive! I very much like Dr. Miller. He is kind, gentle and a real person. I always enjoy Holly, my hygienist. She is lovely, lively, gentle, thorough and helpful. Very perfect, you could not ask for more.

Started with receptionist with a smile and very professional. Then went to have X-rays the Technician was very caring and very gentle and professional. Then to the hygienist she was amazing and very Thorough and informative and assuring that they will take very good care of me. Then to the Dentist he was awesome and very professional, he was very informative as well. Then to the finance department which she was very helpful and very understanding.

I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist. The dental technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. They made the visit successful and pleasant. The office manager however seemed gruff with the employees and when I spoke with her on the phone about my appointment the day before when she called, she wasn't a good representation 9f your business. She seemed argumentative in her tone. She needs better people skills. I owned a company dealing with the public for over 50 years. I know that first impressions are important.

OUTSTANDING!!! The staff was professional, helpful and courteous. The hygienist, Lindsay F., went above and beyond. The presentation she gave me on the Oral-B electric toothbrush was part Cliff Notes and part Master's Thesis. All the bullet points + clear and concise details, all done within 5 minutes. Aspen Dental, thanks for a great experience. Best of luck to all of you and I'll see you in January.

I was having severe tooth pain and they were able to get me in the very same day! And at 715 am! Everyone was very pleasant and didn't make me feel ashamed for the shape my teeth are in.

The closest one with availability today was this location which is 2 hours away. It took them an hour and a half for the doctor to even come look at him... then get told he can't help because they close in 30 minutes. Basically we wasted a day off work, 4 hour round trip, plus 2 hours sitting at the doctor for them to do nothing except charge for a pointless exam.

Really couldn't have asked for much more. Friendly staff, on time and helpful. Had an extraction done that was virtually painless with all options well explained and I felt the cost - especially for a first time patient without insurance was quite reasonable.

From the moment I called to make my 1st appointment to leaving that 1st appointment I was made to feel completely comfortable. The staff..the dentist...all professional along with easy to talk to and joke with being that I have anxiety and was nervous so joking is my way around being so anxious. I was not anxious at all by the time I left.

1 star because the old lady at the billing was sarcastic and downright rude because I had a lot of questions. I was trying to pay and was greeted with sarcasm because I was under the impression that our insurance (Guardian) covered the 'Preventive Care' 100%, she said there's a 16$ charge that can't be explained why. Additionally, insisted on getting the optional toothbrush that the dentist suggested, Oral B Genius Toothbrush that costs with the 135$ and when I told her we'll order it ourselves she began to speak with a patronizing tone. I'm an international student with lot of questions and worries about payments being a foreigner in this country so I assumed someone would at least deal with it pleasantly. I would also talk about how she handled communicating with our insurance provider but there's not enough time and patience for me to do so. To sum up, old lady at front desk is 1 star because of her overall attitude, maybe because I was a foreigner or just didn't want to deal with difficult stuff that her job entails BUT dentist dental hygienist and x-ray tech was great though, 5 stars to them.

Wonderful place wonderful staff a little pricey but gotta do what you gotta do I wish it was a little cheaper because for mim wage young adults just barely making it by with no insurance 250 is a lot to get a tooth pulled can't afford dental work on that salary and we do it alone we only have each other so it's rough but it needs pulled so what can you do right but they were understanding
