Dr.Coombs and Paige were an amazing and gentle team. I had an extraction done on Friday November the fourth. Paige greeted me with such kindness as she noticed that I had a cat shirt on and talked with me about her own cats. It was very calming and eased my mind during the procedure. Dr Coombs was soft spoken and clear about everything that was going on. Then all of a sudden, it was over. My extraction was done. This awesome Women team is truly my best experience!

My son (7) broke his front adult teeth around 6:30 last night, I could only get ahold of aspen at that time and they got me an emergency appointment at 7:30 the next morning. They checked him out and were great with him, and even got fillings in the same day! He is not the best with dental work but they were patient and caring to him and always made sure he was comfortable. He looks like a brand new kid, we are very happy!

I was able to get seen pretty quickly. And they did a very thorough examination and explained everything that I needed to have done. And when I told them all that I wanted to have done there was no pressure into getting all the extras done

I called experiencing severe tooth pain and they had me seen the same day. I came in the day after and had 5 teeth removed. They made sure I was comfortable and in as little pain as possible. They also scheduled all of my future appointments and talked me through financing. I will definitely continue to go to Aspen Dental for all of my oral health needs.

From the greeting walking in the door all the way thru the entire process this place made me comfortable! Page was friendly and made this guy very at ease. I'm not at all good with the dentist office, but Page and Dr. T made me comfortable!

Have to get my crown redone because apparently they didn't do it right. Won't be using this company again. Oh and when the dentist did my work he stabbed my arm "accidentally" with the numbing needle. Very scary experience. Wouldn't recommend.

Some visits are better than others, but I always feel very warmly welcomed by the staff here. I never have to wait overly long and the staff is typically both patient and kind. When I've had to have more expensive procedures done that my insurance doesn't cover I've called around to other practices to compare prices, and Aspen really is the most comprehensive and affordable. Not to mention they're very responsive when you have an issue that can't wait. I really appreciated the new hygienist, Dom, during my last visit; she made me feel looked after and at ease. The reception staff in particular is top notch!

I came in as a new patient Thursday 8/25. I had called prior about wanting a consultation/quote for Invisalign. After waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time I was taken into the back where I received quite literally a 90 second exam after the x-rays (I texted my mom that I had to go when the hygienist walked in, and she was gone from the room 3 minutes after the time stamp on that text). I again waited some length for the Invisalign consultation when someone came back in to inform me they're running terribly behind and asked that I please come back. I said sure, things happen, I understand. My appointment was today at 4 o'clock, with the terrible weather and traveling from over 50 miles away I was running late. I walked in at EXACTLY 4:16 and they told me they can't see me because they have a 15 minute late policy. I could honestly almost understand that if I had not called THREE separate times over the last 2.5 hours to express my concerns for potentially running behind and wanting to know if I should bother, but also not wanting to be rude and no show. No one ever got back to me. And even as I type this I have been waiting for someone to answer me about my insurance coverage, something a friendly woman with colorful hair informed me last Thursday they would be contacting me about last Friday to discuss, yet never did. I have no interest in coming back here as clearly they expect you to value their time but have no interest in yours.

This is gonna be a long review because I want to give everyone their due credit. This practice definitely has a busy schedule, but the staff answered all my questions while working efficiently, and always checking to make sure I was OK. Pricing was very clear and itemized prior to services which I appreciate as i am not insured - but the plus side was that they managed to fit multiple services in a tight timeframe. Every person from receptionists, to the xray tech, to the hygienist, to Drs and their assistants, were all professional and kind. Patient care is obviously #1 here. Dr Tiffany has very high attention to detail: she made my one awful tooth look simply beautiful, and during my 2nd visit with her she noticed something extra and took care of it right then. I felt like I was in expert hands with Dr Tiffany and Sierra as they worked seamlessly together. The male Dr also informed me of the inevitable fate of one untreatable tooth with options/risks/warning signs. With that education, I can make a plan with timing and finances to prevent the pain of a future infection. Prior to these recent services - before Covid screwed up my care plan - I had my wisdom teeth pulled here. I was frightened, especially when one needed to be broken for extraction, but I felt ZERO pain with just the local anesthetic. At no point did I ever feel shamed from prior self-neglect and the poverty which prevented professional dental care. Instead, they educated me and met me where I am (in a better place now). I feel blessed to have been treated by talented and hard-working healthcare professionals, who have exceeded my expectations with every visit.

From my initial point of contact on the phone, through every office visit I've had, the staff at Aspen dental in Traverse City have been wonderful. Everyone was professional, highly competent and knowledgeable. Erin is very capable and she helped me navigate through a number of difficult decisions. Erin listened to my concerns, explained the facts and then laid out a plan to facilitate all the corrections I required. Far and away, this was the best experience I've ever had with a dental procedure. I highly recommend this facility and the exceptional staff.

Erin is the best! She listens, is honest in telling what you need to hear but sympathetic to your needs. I have an Aspen Dental closer to me yet drive to TC so she can take care of my teeth. Everyone else is friendly and helpful. Erin goes the extra mile to help. I truly appreciate her.
