Made appointment specifically for a cleaning and was told when I went back to see the dentist that they don't clean on the 1st visit ... not very surprising ... I'm not coming back... was finally taken back after waiting for 35 minutes ! Bad communication and a waste of time !

They worked me in as a walk in. The staff was so friendly and understanding. They worked with me even though, my insurance is not accepted. I recommend Aspen dental.

PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I called 2 weeks in advance for a simple cleaning appointment as a new patient. I calles to confirm my appointment twice. Once I arrive the first thing I am told is that I will not get a cleaning in this appointment. Apparently they do not do cleaning on the first visit to new patients. If I was told this on the phone I would have never made an appointment with this dental office. I literally just wasted 2 hours just to not get a cleaning. The doctor and dental hygienist were great but the other staff were just so rude and wouldn't even let me get a word in. The lack of communication throughout that office is ridiculous. I had to repeat myself over and over again. I genuinely do not recommend and will not recommend this office or any of their offices to anyone.

Let me tell you a little bit about my dental family right here! I was switching dental practices and needed to find a good fit. I'm not a big fan of dentists to begin with, so I looked long and hard. From the first visit, i was impressed. Location was wonderful and parking readily available. Hours are also very convenient. I was called within 5 minutes of getting there. X-rays, exam and hygienist consultation, completed within 45 minutes. For billing, they were very detailed and showed me an itemized breakdown of the cost for that visit and my future upcoming ones. Very pleased, and at the risk of me being able to get another appointment, due to increased clients from wonderful reviews, I will highly recommend!

It was my first time at an Aspen Dental and this office was so great!! From the moment I walked into the super clean office, each staff member was kind, inviting and professional. There were so many people that took care of me between the X-rays and exams, to checking out and scheduling my next appt. They were detailed, concise and I could tell they all enjoyed what they were doing and also working with each other. It was such a positive environment! I have simple dental goals - cleaning, maintenance after back to back pregnancies and teeth bleaching in March - but they made me feel like the most important patient in the room. I would recommend this office to anyone! Looking forward to my next visit!

The experience was great. Would highly recommend Aspen Dental. I have a fear of the dental office... however Aspen made me feel as ease from the time I walked in to ask about information about the office. Until my appointment today everyone was more then happy to assist me in anything I needed. I am going on vacation and they are working hard to have my dentures made before I leave for vacation... thank you very much for a wonderful experience

I went in today 10/07/22 for a denture repair and reline. They used a soft substance on my dentures. It had a strong chemical taste and smell. This was approximately at 9:30 am. I be was told it would take 24 hours for the substance to harden and I could wear them and eat. At approximately 1:30 pm I called and tried to speak to some one as I was experiencing a reaction to the product they used. I left a detailed message and asked for a call back. I wanted to know if I could remove the product and come back for a different type of relining material. I explained this was urgent and needed return call. I took some antihistamines to stop my mouths swelling, blistering and burning reactions. I fell asleep and woke up at 5:15, checked my phone and saw NO return call. Called again. No answer. They were gone for the day. Left another message. I don't think they are open on weekends as today is Friday. I don't know what I should do. I can't wear my dentures with the substance and don't want it to harden to create more issues. A simple return call from one of their dentist would have easily resolved the issue. I could remove the liner before it hardens and gone back another day. Very disappointed!!!!

Shannon was my hygienist for my gingivitis cleaning. She was very congenial and walked me through every step of the procedure. She was very professional and pleasant to work with! Looking forward to my polishing in a few weeks.
