Great care and customer service! I've got an immediate implant, done in just under an hour. Totally impressed with the speedy service and quick and easy recovery at home. Do ask for their music selection, beverages and lip balm! I'd recommend this dental office to everyone!!!

gentle with the care and procedures they do, unlike many other places even when specifically asked to be gentle other places don't listen but they really did here! and they were so nice and caring too! for sure coming back for all the help i need

Professional Xrays and initial visit, and then they hit you with the estimate for cleaning: $2,684 in my case (with no complications). I went down the street and had a cleaning for $148. 2 stars because they were perfectly nice. Zero stars for competitive pricing. *cough

Doctor Sharma made me feel extremely comfortable during my exam. The office is clean, inviting, and makes you feel at home. I felt like all my questions were answered and the office manager Keisha was very informative about taking the next steps on my oral-health journey!

Every one of the staff at the Torrington CT office are wonderful! I would love to especially recognize Rhodalyn B., RDH (Hygienist) for her kindness, knowedge and care. She always takes the time to educate and encourage good hygiene practices. She is very sweet and wonderful! Also, Keisha M, Practice Manager, is kind, and knowlegable. She has oh so much patience and always makes me feel welcome and at ease in the office. you are the reasons I keep coming back. Thanks you guys!!!

They are very welcoming and respectful, ever since the reception until the last minute and phone calls. The place is clean, which is always really important for me. Totally recommend!

These scammers wait until AFTER the appointment to tell you they don't accept your insurance and now you owe money. Based on the other negative reviews, I wasn't the only one with their billing scams.

Very impressive. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. The facility was beautiful. I was give a full treatment plan with what my cost would be after insurance. Highly recommend

So I'm back for my 2nd visit and WOW, AMAZING, FANTASTIC, INSANELY courteous. I have never been given so many options when at a dentist office I love this place. I no longer think of the staff as my dental team they've been upgraded to friends. This is the spot if you need dental work done, there's no 2nd option in the quality of their work PERFECTION is the only option. Come get your teeth done everyone.

I couldn't leave a review on Aspen's website, so I'm leaving it here. This is based solely on my phone interaction with Ivorie. I was handling a particular situation long-distance for a relative who was having an emergency. Ivorie was calm, gracious, helpful, and just a delight to deal with. I'm still waiting for that relative to get back to me to hear about the office experience, BUT Ivorie calmed my fears, assuring me that she could get help for my relative and that the office would arrange the necessary next steps for someone not able to handle these things well on their own. If you or someone you love needs a little extra help figuring things out, this is a splendid office to deal with. Aspen, please show Ivorie some love. <3
