I had read some bad reviews so was a little leary. All the people were great! I had a horrific experience with another dentist in Brunswick but this place was awesome. I had a tooth pulled and it went very fast! Thank you, Absolutely no pain!

My partner had all of his teeth pulled and ended up with full dentures but the dentures don't fit at all and he dosen't even wear them anymore. I am surprised that such a dentist even exists.

Extremely unprofessional medical care! We are established patients not new. Scheduled my families appointments over 6 months ago for 9/21/22, was told via email today 9/19/22 that they needed to reschedule our appointments. When I called I was offered appointments for late November 2022. This puts myself and my daughter at 2 months over our Scheduled routine care and exam. When I asked to speak to the office manager he called back and I was told oh well that's the best I can do since you have a healthy mouth. Which we actually are both having the same issues we were told would be re-examed in the 6 months and we're eagerly waiting for our appointments in two days. My 5 y/o has a discolored tooth in the front that was not addressed 6 months ago was supposed to be addressed at this visit. This is extreme unprofessional and unethical dental care management. And it is evident they will only make appointments for patients who have dental issues they can bill big dollars for. It's not about ethical dental care to help keep their patients healthy. I will also be reporting them to the American Dental Association and Maine Board of Dental Practice.

Busting the area and needed my teeth cleaned. They were very welcoming. The first visit they gave me a full set of X-rays and exam. There was no charge. Made room for me to have the cleaning two days later at a reasonable price. Very impressed with the people and the process.

on mi appointment date, I was offered a earliar slot due too cancellation, once I arrived, only waited less than a minute, mi cleaning was done professionally & super quick (15 minutes), afterwards I was offered a brand new Oral B electric toothbrush to take care of mi newly cleaned teeth on a daily ongoing basis, kudos too these awesome dental professionals !

The staff at the Topsham Aspen Dental are hands down AMAZING. Never have I ever been so comfortable at a dentist office! I am so happy I choose to go to this office! I look forward to all my future appointment going forward !

The staff was extremely friendly. All were knowledge and made me feel very comfortable. Mark was also fantastic and explained everything in great detail. Although there is another office closer I'll make the drive to continue my service here.

I thought that every staff member was extremely kind, and very considerate. The doctor seemed super busy and it felt as if I was taking up her time, but she wasn't unkind. The facility was cleaner and nicer than other facilities that I have been to.

Been trying to call forever to reschedule my appointment. It doesn't even ring, and doesn't give an option to leave a message either, just a message saying they're all busy, and back to their useless main menu. They clearly have their phones off the hook. As a new patient, this isn't a good look at all. Super irritating.

This is my second year of going to Aspen Dental for my dental care. They have seriously helped me overcome my dental anxiety. I never leave feeling like I don't have a handle on caring for my teeth. I avoided dentists for about 15 years because of anxiety from past dental visits at other care providers. Today's appointment, I was actually looking forward to! They have completely turned my dental fears into dental confidence.
