I was told it was gonna be an hour appt. It took 3 hours of just waiting. They make you have to come in for multiple appts. Very expensive.

Paperwork got pushed back from dental insurance company because someone in office processed info incorrectly. (Wrong codes were entered) Never fixed the issue even after I paid them. Had to get refunded and have procedure elsewhere. Glad I did after reading all the horrible reviews about this place.

not happy with them they do not get prior autherization for bill in writing. they get a good will verbal agreement with insurance, and when insurance refuses to pay ,guess who is stuck with bill not them because nothing from insurance is in writing. not knowing that when we signed paperwork saying our balance and insurance depending. we though all prior autherizations was in writing, never heard of verbal agreement on the phone well there is bill needed paid of over 2500.00 now what nope not recommending them

I had teeth cleaned Sep 8 I received a bill twice and have given my insurance info twice called insurance company a claim has never been received im still receiving bills called this morning to aspen dental and they don't even have my insurance in my account the girl I spoke to this morning was very nice and is trying to find out what's going on however this should've been taken care of the day I went in Sept 8 they even had wrong insurance in my account maybe they need a lesson on how to file a claim If this gets turned over to a collection agency there is going to be a HUGE problem I will not use aspen dental again and would not refer or recommend

Setup a meeting with my hygienist which was then changed via a voicemail due to difficulties. Waited nearly an hour and a half after arriving at their less than convenient time. Edit ~ The service was worth the wait. Apologies for the rude remarks.

Not very happy with my wait time! I get that their busy, but yeesh. Edit ~ Wait time was because a doctor had taken a personal emergency! You never know what other people are going through, I apologize for assuming!

Waited an hour after being rescheduled to a less convenient time. Edit ~ I was in a bad mood during my first review. After some time spent reconsidering my time with the company, I can say a good majority of my interactions with personnel and wait times have been extremely positive.

Christine was fantastic. She was very concerned not to hurt me as she took pictures of my teeth. She was very gentle. She started a wonderful experience! Others were great also. They made sure I understood what the process would entail. The dentist himself stayed over after the doors closed. He knew that I had 2 really bad teeth. He pulled those 2 teeth for me.

Nah just nah. I don't like being pushed to make appointments and make decisions I don't want to make. And I don't like being bugged about making new appointments when I told them to cancel them all because I will be going somewhere else. Even a cleaning was uncomfortable and I typically am good with cleanings. No thank you. I will go somewhere else where they aren't as expensive AND don't tell me I need to basically pull out all my teeth and put in implants.

This place has not been very good to me. It took four months to get my dentures, and then they had fired the lab tech. Then I was in there every 4 to 6 weeks if they answer the phone in order to get an appointment; I had to go in there in person in order to get an appointment. For the last six months I have been dealing with dentures that do not fit, my name is not in the dentures. I have worn dentures for 33 years and this is the first time I've ever had a problem, they rank right up there with affordable dentures. I purchased the middle class the comfy lights over the cheap ones in order to get the three-year warranty which they are not fulfill their advertisements. Now the top plate has a chunk of gums out and they had the audacity to tell me they are not going to fix them until I pay an outstanding balance of $425 to which I told them I will not pay until my dentures fit properly. Well today on 8/30/2022 they told me they would not do them. I suggest you not go there to get services due to the fact they do not follow through with we want to see you smile, they just want the money. I have been going through chemo and radiation to where there's always a chance for sores on my gums, but due to the ill-fitting Dentures I have a lot of sores on my gums and they don't want to help me. I am not whining I'm just speaking the truth and I feel like the public needs to know. I would never want anyone to go through what I have. My sister went there as well, Lori and her bottom dentures do not fit. And the dentures that she has right now are the temporary ones due to the fact that she had them all pulled there. So they still owe her a permanent set; but once again they do not answer the phone in order to get an appointment. You leave a message to which they never call you back. Just so you know they don't only own the one on 17th and Wanamaker they also run Aspen Dental in Lawrence.

The employees and dentist there seem to be generally concerned for the patients well being and health They seem to be generally happy and helpful when talking or answering questions for people. And they have the best deals on dental work or for dentures Ive seen on a long time. Thank goodness for people like Charlie and the employees of Aspen dental God bless you all and thanks for giving me back my smile. Christopher
